【摘要】：誕生于金融危機(jī)中的“金磚國家”最初只是一個經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)概念,經(jīng)過將近十年的發(fā)展,它已經(jīng)從一個經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)概念發(fā)展成為一個新的國際合作平臺。它的發(fā)展壯大既是對于新興市場國家群體崛起的肯定,也是新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體按照自己利益重建國際秩序的努力。本文研究由新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體領(lǐng)頭羊組成的“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制,運用國際機(jī)制理論的相關(guān)知識,結(jié)合“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制的發(fā)展進(jìn)程和自身特點,試圖分析“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制的組織架構(gòu)和運作機(jī)理,并在挖掘“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制發(fā)展的動力因素和制約因素的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合學(xué)術(shù)界對于“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制未來發(fā)展前景的看法,對“金磚國家”不同階段的機(jī)制建設(shè)提出相應(yīng)的對策。 因此,本文所要探究和解決的問題是：“金磚國家”的概念界定及其發(fā)展進(jìn)程；“金磚國家”的機(jī)制架構(gòu)和運作機(jī)理；“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制發(fā)展的動力和制約因素；“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展前景；“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制未來發(fā)展的路線圖。本文的總體框架和結(jié)構(gòu)一共六個部分：緒論、第一章至第四章和結(jié)語。緒論部分主要闡述本文的選題緣由及選題價值,研究方法和相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述。第一章是論文的概念界定和理論闡釋部分,主要界定“金磚國家”、國際機(jī)制、國際“軟機(jī)制”等概念,探討分析“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制四個階段的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,合作與國際機(jī)制的關(guān)系,國際機(jī)制的理論闡釋以及國際“軟機(jī)制”的運作特點等問題,這一章主要是為后面的論述鋪墊理論基礎(chǔ)；第二章的主要內(nèi)容是分析“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制的特點、組織架構(gòu)及其運作機(jī)理,對“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制作一個全面的剖析；第三章的主要內(nèi)容是從“金磚國家”各成員國內(nèi)部、外部等方面挖掘“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的動力和制約因素；第四章是文章的內(nèi)容提升部分,在前幾章的論述基礎(chǔ)上,闡述“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合學(xué)術(shù)界對于“金磚國家”合作機(jī)制未來發(fā)展前景的看法,對“金磚國家”不同階段的機(jī)制建設(shè)提出相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:The BRICS countries, which were born in the financial crisis, began as an economic concept and developed for nearly a decade. It has evolved from an economic concept to a new platform for international cooperation, and its growth is an affirmation of the rise of a group of emerging market countries. It is also an effort of emerging economies to rebuild the international order according to their own interests. This paper studies the BRICS cooperation mechanism, which is composed of the leaders of emerging economies, and applies the relevant knowledge of the theory of international mechanism. According to the development process and characteristics of BRICS cooperation mechanism, this paper tries to analyze the organization structure and operation mechanism of BRICS cooperation mechanism. On the basis of excavating the dynamic factors and restricting factors of the BRICS cooperation mechanism, and combining the views of the academic circles on the future development prospects of the BRICS cooperation mechanism. Put forward the corresponding countermeasure to the BRICS countries' mechanism construction in different stages. Therefore, the problems to be explored and solved in this paper are: the definition of the concept of "BRICS" and its development process; The mechanism structure and operation mechanism of BRICS; The motive force and restriction factor of BRICS cooperation mechanism; The present situation and future development prospect of BRICS cooperation mechanism; The road map for the future development of BRICS cooperation mechanism. The overall framework and structure of this paper are six parts: introduction. The first chapter to 4th chapters and the conclusion. The introduction part mainly describes the reason and value of the topic, research methods and related literature review. The first chapter is the definition of the concept of the paper and theoretical interpretation part. This paper mainly defines the concepts of "BRICS", international mechanism and international "soft mechanism", and discusses and analyzes the development process of the "BRICS" cooperation mechanism and the relationship between the cooperation and the international mechanism. The theoretical explanation of the international mechanism and the operation characteristics of the international "soft mechanism", this chapter is mainly to lay the theoretical foundation for the later discussion; The second chapter is to analyze the characteristics of the BRICS cooperation mechanism, the organizational structure and its operational mechanism, and to make a comprehensive analysis of the BRICS cooperation mechanism. The main content of the third chapter is to excavate the motive force and restriction factor of the further development of the BRICS cooperation mechanism from the internal and external aspects of the BRICS member countries. The 4th chapter is the content promotion part of the article. On the basis of the previous chapters, this paper expounds the current situation of the BRICS cooperation mechanism, combined with the views of the academic community on the future development prospects of the BRICS cooperation mechanism. Put forward the corresponding countermeasure to the BRICS countries' mechanism construction in different stages.
