【摘要】：自?shī)W巴馬上任以來(lái)，美國(guó)的全球戰(zhàn)略就開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)向亞太地區(qū)，而這一政策回歸顯然是遏制正在崛起的中國(guó)。本文是從現(xiàn)實(shí)主義的角度分析美國(guó)重返亞太過(guò)程中在政治、軍事和經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域中所采取的具體戰(zhàn)略的,并且探尋出了美國(guó)重返亞太在多大程度上是針對(duì)中國(guó)的以及在此基礎(chǔ)上中美關(guān)系的未來(lái)發(fā)展。本文分析了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，包括來(lái)自地區(qū)網(wǎng)站、各國(guó)政府、研究機(jī)構(gòu)和公共圖書(shū)館的數(shù)據(jù)以及美國(guó)政客和學(xué)者的講演。通過(guò)這些深入的分析，本文得出的結(jié)論是：中美之間有許多共同的利益，而且雙方有各自的顧慮，，所以兩國(guó)之間幾乎不可能爆發(fā)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。在相互尊重彼此核心利益和緊密合作的基礎(chǔ)上中美可以和平共處。
[Abstract]:Since Obama took office, America's global strategy has shifted to the Asia-Pacific region. The return of this policy is obviously to contain the rising China. This paper analyzes the specific strategies adopted by the United States in the political, military and economic fields in the process of returning to the Asia-Pacific region from the perspective of realism. And find out to what extent the return of the United States to Asia Pacific is aimed at China and the future development of Sino-US relations on this basis. This paper analyzes the relevant literature, including from regional websites, governments. Data from research institutions and public libraries and speeches by American politicians and scholars. Through these in-depth analyses, this paper concludes that there are many common interests between China and the United States, and each side has its own concerns. So there is little chance of a war between the two countries. China and the United States can coexist peacefully on the basis of mutual respect for each other's core interests and close cooperation.
