【摘要】：2012年中泰兩國建立了全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系,2015年是中泰兩國建交40周年,中泰兩國建交以來不斷加強(qiáng)政治互信、經(jīng)貿(mào)合作及文化交流。被譽(yù)為“革命之母”和“中國發(fā)展獨(dú)特機(jī)遇”的泰國華僑華人在中泰友好往來中做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。對于非國家行為體——泰國華僑華人在中泰關(guān)系建構(gòu)中作用及表現(xiàn)的梳理將有助于我們更好地推動華僑華人在21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路建設(shè)中橋梁作用的發(fā)揮。近年來隨著美國重返亞太戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn),中泰關(guān)系也面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn),有關(guān)泰國華僑華人與中泰關(guān)系的研究日趨重要。本文在歷史學(xué)研究的基礎(chǔ)上從國際關(guān)系學(xué)和建構(gòu)主義的視角研究1975年以后泰國華僑華人和中泰關(guān)系的互構(gòu)過程及表現(xiàn)。泰國華僑華人與中泰關(guān)系的互構(gòu)主要表現(xiàn)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)及文教領(lǐng)域。通過對泰國華僑華人和中泰關(guān)系的互動研究發(fā)現(xiàn)泰國華僑華人作為重要的非國家行為體在兩國關(guān)系的建構(gòu)中作用突出,尤其是在兩國民間關(guān)系的建構(gòu)中常常起著官方途徑達(dá)不到的效果。當(dāng)然,其作用的發(fā)揮亦受制于兩國關(guān)系的發(fā)展變化,兩國關(guān)系友好時,其促進(jìn)作用突出,兩國關(guān)系惡化時,其作用有限,甚至?xí)虼嗽庥鏊趪呐艛D。在泰國華僑華人與中泰關(guān)系的互構(gòu)過程中,泰國華僑華人發(fā)揮了經(jīng)濟(jì)引領(lǐng)、政治溝通作用,更是華文教育的主要推動力量;而中泰關(guān)系的變化不僅促進(jìn)華人社會問題的解決,同時也促進(jìn)了華人社會的發(fā)展。當(dāng)然,兩者之間關(guān)系的互構(gòu)亦受到來自泰國華人自身發(fā)展變化、國家因素及國際關(guān)系格局的影響。
