【摘要】：北約作為目前世界上最強大的軍事同盟和集體防務組織,其反恐戰(zhàn)略值得關注。自冷戰(zhàn)結束以來,世界安全形勢發(fā)生了巨大的變化,傳統(tǒng)意義上的軍事威脅相對減弱,而恐怖主義等非傳統(tǒng)威脅正不斷增強。北約的整體戰(zhàn)略也就此作出了相應的調整,對恐怖主義問題的關注在其戰(zhàn)略中的地位逐步上升。尤其是"9·11"事件后,反擊恐怖主義在一定程度上成為了北約議事日程中最緊迫的議題。這一變化反映在北約不斷修訂的戰(zhàn)略文件中,也體現(xiàn)在北約的政策實踐中。在某種意義上甚至可以說,對恐怖主義的反擊重塑了北約。
[Abstract]:NATO is currently the world's most powerful military alliance and collective defense organization, its anti terrorist strategy is worthy of attention. Since the end of the cold war, great changes have taken place in the security situation in the world, relative weakening of traditional military threat, and terrorism and other non-traditional threats are growing. The overall strategy of NATO has made corresponding the position adjustment, on the issue of terrorism concerns in its strategy and gradually increased. Especially the "9 - 11" after the incident, counter terrorism has become the most pressing issue of NATO's schedule to a certain extent. This change is reflected in the strategy of NATO document continuously revised, is also reflected in the policy practice of NATO. In some sense, it can even be said that to counter terrorism the remodeling NATO.
