【摘要】：軍事關(guān)系是國際關(guān)系當(dāng)中最為重要的組成部分。軍事關(guān)系主要是主權(quán)國家之間就國家安全所展開的軍事合作或軍事對抗的各種活動的總和。文章研究從1955-1975年中越兩國的軍事外交情況,主要是軍事方面的交往與支援,梳理中國對越南援助的對策和經(jīng)過,通過側(cè)面總結(jié)出對越援助的經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示教訓(xùn),從而對當(dāng)今兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展提供借鑒。文章運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、歸納總結(jié)法和矛盾分析法分析總結(jié)歷史史料和理論來源依據(jù),還原歷史真相,論述了中越軍事關(guān)系友好時(shí)代的內(nèi)涵及影響。文章共分為四本部分:第一部分論述1955-1975年中越國際環(huán)境及中越友好時(shí)代的成因分析,回顧兩國建立友好的根基。第二部分論述中國對越南的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、軍事等具體援助措施,充分的說明中國政府對越南援助的真誠。文章第三部分總結(jié)了中越友好的國際環(huán)境、民族矛盾、地理位置等特殊性,并闡述了中越軍事友好的時(shí)代特征。第四部分歸納了中越友好對維護(hù)兩國的國家安全和社會主義在東方的格局有重要影響,并提練出了中越關(guān)系友好的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在和平發(fā)展的新時(shí)期,良好的軍事關(guān)系是中越乃至整個(gè)亞洲地區(qū)和平與發(fā)展的必要且重要因素。為此,中國和越南應(yīng)以史為鑒,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),為兩國今后友好發(fā)展提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Military relations are the most important part of international relations. Military relations are mainly the sum of various activities of military cooperation or military confrontation between sovereign states in relation to national security. -the military and diplomatic situation of the two countries on middle of 1975. It is mainly about military exchanges and support, combing the countermeasures and the course of China's assistance to Vietnam, and summing up the lessons from the experience and lessons of the aid to Vietnam. In order to provide a reference for the development of the relationship between the two countries. The article uses literature research method, summary method and contradiction analysis method to analyze and summarize historical data and theoretical sources, and restore historical truth. The article is divided into four parts: the first part discusses the international environment of China and Vietnam from 1955-1975 and the causes of the Sino-Vietnamese friendship era. Review the foundation of friendship between the two countries. The second part discusses China's economic, political, military and other specific assistance measures to Vietnam. The third part of the article summarizes the Sino-Vietnamese friendly international environment, ethnic contradictions, geographical location and other particularities. Part 4th summarizes the important influence of Sino-Vietnamese friendship on safeguarding the national security of the two countries and the pattern of socialism in the East. In the new period of peaceful development, good military relations are necessary and important factors for peace and development between China and Vietnam and the entire Asian region. China and Vietnam should draw lessons from history and sum up experiences and lessons to help the two countries in their friendly development in the future.
