【摘要】：作為對日作戰(zhàn)的主要參與方,中國為盟國勝利做出了重大貢獻。1949年國民黨敗退臺灣,在美國支持下繼續(xù)在某些國際場合"代表"中國,此舉受到中英蘇等國不同程度的反對。為減少阻力,美國未將臺灣當(dāng)局列入多邊對日和約簽字國之內(nèi),而是促使日本與其簽訂雙邊和約。此時,蔣介石至為在意的就是"中華民國代表中國"的問題,最終"日臺和約"得以在舊金山多邊和約生效前簽訂,這基本上符合蔣介石的愿望。然而,取得這一結(jié)果的過程曲折艱辛。此間,在諸多問題上蔣美存在分歧。蔣的因應(yīng)決策雖使臺灣當(dāng)局最終基本達到預(yù)期目標(biāo),但為之付出的代價也是巨大的。美國促成"日臺和約"完全出于其自身遠東戰(zhàn)略利益,對于臺灣當(dāng)局的權(quán)益并無多少考慮。
[Abstract]:As a major participant in the war against Japan, China has made significant contributions to the victory of its allies. In 1949, the Kuomintang defeated Taiwan and, with the support of the United States, continued to "represent" China on certain international occasions, which was opposed to varying degrees by China, Britain, and the Soviet Union. To reduce resistance, the United States did not include Taiwan as a signatory to the multilateral peace treaty with Japan, but instead urged Japan to sign a bilateral peace treaty with it. At this time, Jiang Jieshi is very concerned about the "Republic of China on behalf of China" issue, and finally the "Japan-Taiwan Peace Treaty" was signed before the entry into force of the San Francisco multilateral Peace Treaty, which is basically in line with the wishes of Jiang Jieshi. However, the process of achieving this result has been tortuous. Here, there are differences on many issues. Although Chiang's policy-making made the Taiwan authorities to achieve the expected goals, but the cost is huge. The United States made the Peace between Japan and Taiwan out of its own strategic interests in the far East without much consideration for the rights and interests of the Taiwan authorities.
