【摘要】：麝香是我國土產(chǎn)珍物,也是很早就被發(fā)現(xiàn)、記載、應(yīng)用最為廣泛的稀有昂貴上品藥材之一和難得的天然動物香料,應(yīng)用的歷史至少已有兩千年。雖然波斯、阿拉伯不出產(chǎn)麝香,但波斯人大概在薩珊王朝已開始使用麝香,有關(guān)史料中可見他們大量應(yīng)用、加工、辨別等記錄。麝香曾經(jīng)是絲綢之路上的重要商品,中古時(shí)代的中國與波斯阿拉伯地區(qū)交流頻繁,由于文化、地域、環(huán)境等不同,中國與波斯、阿拉伯在麝香使用方面有較大差別,表現(xiàn)為從麝的認(rèn)知到麝香作為香料和藥物應(yīng)用的諸多方面。本文試就這些相關(guān)疑問進(jìn)行初步討論,以就教方家,祈獲斧正。
[Abstract]:Musk is one of the most widely used rare and expensive medicinal herbs and rare natural animal spices, which has been used for at least 2000 years. Although Persia, Arabic does not produce musk, but Persians probably began to use musk in the Sassan dynasty, the relevant historical data can be seen in their extensive application, processing, discrimination and other records. Musk was once an important commodity on the Silk Road. In the Middle Ages, China had frequent exchanges with the Persian Arab region. Due to the differences in culture, region, environment, and so on, there were great differences in the use of musk between China and Persia and Arabia. From the recognition of musk deer to the use of musk as a spice and medicine. This paper attempts to discuss these related questions, in order to teach Fangjia, hope to get correct.
