【摘要】：查士丁尼時代的拜占庭社會可以劃分為三個階層:以皇帝、高級教士、官僚貴族、富商等為代表的社會上層,以低級教士、中下級城市官員、士兵、普通工商業(yè)者等為代表的社會中層,和以隸農(nóng)、自由農(nóng)、自由佃農(nóng)、奴隸以及城市中知識分子、賣藝人、妓女、無產(chǎn)者等為代表的社會下層。針對日益擴大的貧富差距,國家在政治、經(jīng)濟、法律、宗教等方面做出制度調(diào)適,取得了些許成果,也暴露出一些弊病,故在分析這一問題時應(yīng)盡可能做到客觀、公正。
[Abstract]:Byzantine society in the Justinian era can be divided into three classes: the upper strata of society, represented by the emperor, the preacher, the bureaucrat and the aristocrat, and the rich merchants, the lower priests, the middle and lower city officials, and the soldiers. The middle level of society represented by ordinary industrialists and businessmen, and the lower social strata represented by scribes, free tenants, slaves and urban intellectuals, entertainers, prostitutes, proletarians, and so on. In view of the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the state has made some achievements in the system adjustment in politics, economy, law, religion and so on, and has also exposed some disadvantages, so we should try our best to be objective and fair in analyzing this problem.
