【摘要】：文章對收藏于美國哥倫比亞大學圖書館的《南海群島兵要地志初稿》(油印稿)一書的內容及其價值做了詳細解讀。認為該書稿是一部極其罕見的以"兵要地志"命名的南海軍事地理著作。書中不僅對南海諸島的地理位置、地勢、地質、氣象及部分地區(qū)的海流、交通、物產(chǎn)、軍事價值做了初步介紹,而且記載了國人發(fā)現(xiàn)、管理南海諸島的經(jīng)過,揭露了近現(xiàn)代日本、法國侵占南海諸島、掠奪南海資源的罪行。
[Abstract]:This paper gives a detailed interpretation of the content and value of the first draft of the South China Sea Islands military Records (mimeograph), which is collected at Columbia University Library in the United States. It is considered to be an extremely rare work on military geography in the South China Sea. The book not only gives a preliminary introduction to the geographical location, topography, geology, meteorology of the South China Sea islands, as well as the sea currents, traffic, products, and military values in some areas, but also records the process of discovering and managing the South China Sea islands. Exposed the modern Japan, France encroaches upon the South China Sea Islands, plunders the South China Sea resources crime.
