【摘要】：太平洋戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)后,中國為推動(dòng)與美英的軍事合作,采取積極的戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向。以蔣介石為首的國民政府與美英代表針對(duì)派軍進(jìn)入緬甸援助英國抗日、建立聯(lián)合軍事會(huì)議、制定全盤戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃等等進(jìn)行了大量交涉。美英兩方無論是出于其本國的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,還是針對(duì)中國軍事力量得出的判斷,都不支持中國的積極戰(zhàn)略。因而,從珍珠港事變爆發(fā)后短短十幾天的交涉,并沒有獲得多少實(shí)質(zhì)性成果,也沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)蔣介石等預(yù)想的合作局面。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the Pacific War, in order to promote military cooperation with the United States and the United Kingdom, China adopted an active strategic orientation. The National Government headed by Jiang Jieshi and representatives of the United States and the United Kingdom set up a joint military conference to send troops into Myanmar to assist Britain in the fight against Japan. The formulation of the overall strategic plan and so on has made a great deal of representations. Neither the United States nor the United Kingdom, either based on their own strategic concept or based on the judgement reached on the basis of China's military power, supports China's positive strategy. Therefore, After the Pearl Harbor incident broke out, not many substantial results were achieved, nor did Jiang Jieshi's cooperation.
