【摘要】：自立國始,對(duì)外的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)始終在美國的內(nèi)外政策中占據(jù)著重要的位置。由于歷史的原因,歐洲的英法等國始終是美國對(duì)外貿(mào)易的主要對(duì)象,這使其對(duì)外政策嚴(yán)重受到經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的約束,尤其是在第二次世界大戰(zhàn)中表現(xiàn)得更為明顯。第二次世界大戰(zhàn)中,美國由"中立"的不參與態(tài)度到參加第二次世界大戰(zhàn)的轉(zhuǎn)變,對(duì)外貿(mào)易起到了重要的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of independence, foreign economic activities have always occupied an important position in the United States' domestic and foreign policies. For historical reasons, Britain, France and other countries in Europe have always been the main targets of the United States' foreign trade. This made its foreign policy seriously constrained by economic activities, especially in the second World War, when the United States changed from a "neutral" attitude of non-participation to participation in the second World War. Foreign trade has played an important role in promoting it.
