【摘要】：詹姆斯·卡特總統(tǒng)在其任期內(nèi)的一項重要作為就是關(guān)于城市政策改革的頒布,這一時期的城市政策成果主要是1978年和1980年的兩份城市政策報告�；仡櫩ㄌ卣鞘姓咧贫ㄟ^程的主要事件和主要參與者,分析卡特政府城市政策以及這期間關(guān)于城市問題的重要研究,并分析聯(lián)邦支出的匯總數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)于城市政策的空間分布部分,以及城市政策審查的注意要點,均對卡特政府城市政策的研究具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:One of the important things President James Carter did during his tenure was the promulgation of urban policy reform. The results of urban policy during this period were mainly two urban policy reports from 1978 and 1980.
