【摘要】：海上私掠是指由一國政府頒發(fā)"私掠許可證",授權(quán)批準(zhǔn)本國的私人船只針對敵國船只或港口進行襲擊和劫掠的行為。從事海上私掠的人員不是通常意義上的"海盜",而是具有鮮明政治和民族傾向的"私掠船員"。本文以17至19世紀(jì)的法國"海上游擊戰(zhàn)"為考察線索,深入分析海上私掠在法英戰(zhàn)爭中所發(fā)揮的歷史作用。
[Abstract]:Maritime privatisation is the act of authorizing a private vessel of a country to attack or loot an enemy vessel or port by issuing a "privity permit" by a government. The person engaged in privatizing at sea is not the "sea" in the usual sense. Theft ", but" privately-plundered crew "with distinct political and national tendencies." this article takes the French "Maritime guerrilla Warfare" from 17 to 19th century as a clue. The historical role played by privity at sea in the Franco-British War is analyzed in depth.
