【摘要】：美國(guó)儲(chǔ)貸協(xié)會(huì)將1946-1955稱為其發(fā)展的"光輝歲月"。在這期間住房需求的急速擴(kuò)張、政府的扶持、儲(chǔ)貸聯(lián)盟的援助及其自身的努力是它迅速發(fā)展的重要原因。然而之后,儲(chǔ)貸協(xié)會(huì)就光輝漸逝。20世紀(jì)60年代末期儲(chǔ)貸協(xié)會(huì)的各種弊病開始暴露,并最終演變成1980年代的儲(chǔ)貸協(xié)會(huì)危機(jī)。
[Abstract]:The American savings and loan Association called 1946-1955 the "glorious years" of its development. During this period, the housing demand expanded rapidly and the government supported it. The aid of the SALU and its own efforts were the important reasons for its rapid development. However, the SALU began to expose the shortcomings of the SALU in the end of 60s of the 20th century. And eventually evolved into the 1980 s savings and loan Association crisis.
