【摘要】：伊朗的波斯灣戰(zhàn)略隨著國際處境的變遷和國力的強(qiáng)弱變化具有順勢而為、因時而變的歷史特點。在巴列維王朝時期,伊朗與美國關(guān)系緊密,與阿拉伯國家在意識形態(tài)和制度上沒有根本性的矛盾,伊朗利用英國在1971年撤出波斯灣的權(quán)力真空以及伊朗在國際格局中的相對有利地位和綜合國力上升的良好態(tài)勢,由被動因應(yīng)逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉e極主動地謀求和維護(hù)伊朗在波斯灣地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略利益。伊朗因此實現(xiàn)了綜合國力和國際地位的相對提高,掌握了波斯灣三島的控制權(quán),其軍事力量也實質(zhì)性地介入了波斯灣地區(qū)事務(wù)。因此,巴列維王朝時期的波斯灣戰(zhàn)略基本實現(xiàn)了伊朗的國家利益。
[Abstract]:With the change of international situation and the change of national strength, Iran's Persian Gulf strategy has the historical characteristics of adapting to the trend and changing from time to time. During the Pahlavi dynasty, Iran had close ties with the United States and had no fundamental ideological and institutional contradictions with Arab countries. Iran took advantage of the power vacuum of Britain's withdrawal from the Persian Gulf in 1971, as well as Iran's relatively favorable position in the international arena and the good state of its overall national strength. From passive response to active pursuit and protection of Iran's strategic interests in the Persian Gulf. As a result, Iran realized the relative improvement of its comprehensive national strength and international status, grasped the control of the three islands in the Persian Gulf, and its military forces were substantively involved in the affairs of the Persian Gulf region. Therefore, the Persian Gulf strategy during the Baleway period basically realized Iran's national interests.
