【摘要】：中國與印尼的關系源遠流長,兩國關系的發(fā)展在21世紀面臨著來自全球、地區(qū)和國家層次的契機與挑戰(zhàn)。中國"21世紀海上絲綢之路"建設與印尼"全球海洋支點"戰(zhàn)略的耦合與對接,反映了兩國正在試圖構建一種新型的互動關系。雙方應當積極把握契機,共同應對挑戰(zhàn)。對中國而言,既要進一步挖掘經(jīng)濟外交的潛力,更要重視人文交流和民間外交在塑造印尼對華認知中的獨特作用;對印尼而言,應該全面正確地理解中國的興起以及華人社會在印尼國家發(fā)展中的角色與作用,嚴格執(zhí)行國內(nèi)的法律法規(guī),對極端民族主義情緒和極端宗教勢力加以約束,營造一個穩(wěn)定、有序、包容的投資環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The relationship between China and Indonesia has a long history. In the 21st century, the development of the relationship between China and Indonesia faces opportunities and challenges from the global, regional and national levels. The coupling and docking between the construction of China's "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" and Indonesia's "Global Ocean fulcrum" strategy reflect the fact that the two countries are trying to build a new type of interactive relationship. Both sides should actively seize the opportunity to jointly meet the challenges. For China, we should not only tap the potential of economic diplomacy, but also attach importance to the unique role of humanistic exchange and folk diplomacy in shaping Indonesia's understanding of China. For Indonesia, it is necessary to fully and correctly understand the rise of China and the role and role of the Chinese community in Indonesia's national development, strictly enforce domestic laws and regulations, and impose restrictions on extreme nationalist sentiments and extreme religious forces. Create a stable, orderly and inclusive investment environment.
