【摘要】：社區(qū)營造是臺灣上世紀90年代實施的一種以文化元素為紐結(jié)、以產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為支撐、以社區(qū)共同體建設(shè)為目標的綜合性社會工程。因其良好的政策效果,社區(qū)營造的模式對大陸地區(qū)的農(nóng)村建設(shè)與新型城鎮(zhèn)化具有很大的借鑒意義。通過對臺灣珍珠社區(qū)和上海雪米村社區(qū)營造的比較分析,本文從人文要素中的營造主體、營造動力、營造體系三個方面總結(jié)了兩岸社區(qū)營造模式的差異,并進一步指出,有效推進后鄉(xiāng)土?xí)r代的農(nóng)村建設(shè)、以系統(tǒng)化的思維統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展并尊重農(nóng)民的主體地位,是大陸在推動新型城鎮(zhèn)化進程中所面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Community building is a kind of comprehensive social engineering implemented in Taiwan in 1990s, which is based on cultural elements, supported by industrial development and aimed at community construction. Because of its good policy effect, the mode of community construction has great reference significance for rural construction and new urbanization in mainland China. Through the comparative analysis of pearl community in Taiwan and the community construction in Xemi Village in Shanghai, this paper sums up the differences of community construction modes between the two sides of the strait from three aspects: the main body of construction, the power of construction and the construction system, and further points out that, It is an important challenge for the mainland to effectively promote the rural construction in the post-local era, to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas with systematic thinking and to respect the principal position of farmers.
