【摘要】：在新時(shí)期,習(xí)近平提出和論述以人民為中心的"發(fā)展惠民"觀,有針對(duì)性地深化和拓展的社會(huì)主義生產(chǎn)目的論,貫穿于治國(guó)理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略的始終。"發(fā)展惠民"是黨的宗旨,是區(qū)別于其他政黨的根本標(biāo)志,也豐富了社會(huì)主義本質(zhì)論。它是由經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律所決定的,是社會(huì)主義制度實(shí)現(xiàn)良性循環(huán)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。"發(fā)展惠民"擴(kuò)大了生產(chǎn)目的的外延,以"托底"覆蓋人民的目前利益和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益。堅(jiān)持和增強(qiáng)"發(fā)展惠民"觀既能克服現(xiàn)實(shí)存在的不良傾向和問(wèn)題,也是社會(huì)主義長(zhǎng)治久安、永葆活力的保證。"發(fā)展惠民"觀是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:In the new era, Xi Jinping puts forward and discusses the view of "developing and benefiting the people" with the people as the center, and deepens and expands the theory of the socialist production purpose, which runs through the new thought and new strategy of the new idea of governing the country and managing the government. " Developing and benefiting the people "is the aim of the Party and the basic symbol of the difference from other political parties, and enriches the theory of socialist essence." It is determined by the objective law of economic development and is the advantage of the socialist system to realize the virtuous circle. "Development benefits the people" expands the extension of the purpose of production and covers the present and long-term interests of the people with "backing". Adhering to and strengthening the concept of "developing and benefiting the people" can not only overcome the negative tendencies and problems existing in reality, but also guarantee the lasting stability and vitality of socialism. "developing and benefiting the people" is the theoretical innovation of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
