習近平社會治理思想的創(chuàng)新性思維邏輯

【摘要】：習近平總書記治國理政新理念、新思想、新戰(zhàn)略和新路徑,是一套科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)、完備的理論體系,既是運用科學(xué)方法論的結(jié)晶,又彰顯了科學(xué)方法論。因此,探討習近平總書記治國理政的科學(xué)方法論,既是研究習近平治國理政思想的入口,又有助于深入學(xué)習習近平治國理政思想。鑒于此,本刊邀請包括長江學(xué)者、萬人計劃哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)領(lǐng)軍人才、中宣部文化名家和"四個一批"人才在內(nèi)的著名學(xué)者以及專業(yè)理論工作者,從不同角度研究習近平總書記治國理政的方法論問題。習近平總書記治國理政的科學(xué)方法論,不僅貫穿于習近平總書記系列重要講話之始終,而且還內(nèi)含在"中國夢"的思想中、社會治理的思想中、思想政治教育工作的原則中、分析社會變遷的問題意識中、"為人類對更好社會制度的探索提供中國方案"中。歷史思維方法既貫穿于習近平總書記治國理政思想之始終,又是習近平總書記闡釋"中國夢"的重要方法論。習近平總書記不僅運用歷史思維方法揭示"中國夢"的起源、闡釋"中國夢"的演變、解讀"中國夢"的內(nèi)涵,而且運用歷史思維方法設(shè)計"中國夢"的路徑、展望"中國夢"的愿景。因此,歷史思維方法是理解"中國夢"的科學(xué)方法論。問題意識是習近平治國理政方法論的重要內(nèi)容,問題意識體現(xiàn)的是一種辯證思維、矛盾方法和務(wù)實品質(zhì),是理論創(chuàng)新的起點,是深化改革的動力,是構(gòu)建制度的邏輯,是推動發(fā)展的著力點。在中國特色社會主義發(fā)展的新階段,進行具有許多新的歷史特點的偉大斗爭必須堅持和用好"問題導(dǎo)向"這個方法論。"中國方案"是中國特色社會主義道路、理論、制度、文化發(fā)展的重要里程碑,是馬克思主義中國化、時代化、大眾化進程中的理論創(chuàng)新和實踐創(chuàng)新。"中國方案"支撐世界共同發(fā)展,折射人類共同命運,蟄伏時代共同哲學(xué)。人類命運共同體思想體現(xiàn)了習近平把握世界大勢,主張世界治理,關(guān)注世界未來的共同價值論、共同責任論、共同命運論。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping's new ideas, new strategies and new paths are a set of scientific, systematic and complete theoretical system, which is not only the crystallization of scientific methodology, but also highlights the scientific methodology. Therefore, to probe into Xi Jinping's scientific methodology is not only the entry point of studying Xi Jinping's thought of governing and managing politics, but also helpful to study Xi Jinping's thought of governing and managing. In view of this, the Journal invites famous scholars, including scholars from the Yangtze River, leaders in philosophy and social sciences of the 10,000 people's Plan, famous cultural experts from the propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and "four groups" of talents, as well as professional theorists, This paper studies the methodology of Xi Jinping's administration from different angles. General Secretary Xi Jinping's scientific methodology of running a country and his administration not only runs through the course of his series of important speeches, but also contains in the thought of "Chinese Dream", in the thought of social governance, and in the principles of ideological and political education. In analyzing the problem consciousness of social change, "providing China's plan for the exploration of better social system for mankind". The method of historical thinking not only runs through General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of governing and managing politics, but also is the important methodology of Xi Jinping's interpretation of Chinese Dream. General Secretary Xi Jinping not only uses the method of historical thinking to reveal the origin of "Chinese Dream", explains the evolution of "Chinese Dream", and interprets the connotation of "Chinese Dream", but also designs the path of "Chinese Dream" with the method of historical thinking. Look forward to the vision of Chinese Dream. Therefore, the method of historical thinking is to understand the scientific methodology of Chinese Dream. Problem consciousness is an important content of Xi Jinping's methodology of governing and managing affairs. It embodies a dialectical thinking, contradictory method and pragmatic quality, is the starting point of theoretical innovation, is the motive force of deepening reform, and is the logic of constructing system. It is the key point of promoting development. In the new stage of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must adhere to and make good use of the methodology of "problem orientation" in the great struggle with many new historical characteristics. " The Chinese plan "is an important milestone in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, theory, system and culture. It is also a theoretical and practical innovation in the process of Marxism in China, in times and in the process of popularization." The Chinese proposal supports the common development of the world, reflects the common destiny of mankind and the common philosophy of dormant times. The thought of human destiny community embodies Xi Jinping's common value theory, common responsibility theory and common destiny theory of holding the world trend, advocating world governance and paying attention to the future of the world.
