【摘要】：我國(guó)人口老齡化的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化和社會(huì)各方面都產(chǎn)生了巨大和深遠(yuǎn)的影響,老年人的養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題已經(jīng)引起了黨和各級(jí)政府的高度重視。改善老年人的養(yǎng)老環(huán)境、提高老年人的生活質(zhì)量成為一個(gè)熱門話題。本論文的研究對(duì)象沂源縣是國(guó)家園林城市,老齡化形勢(shì)已超過(guò)全國(guó)的平均水平。沂源縣老年人目前的養(yǎng)老環(huán)境能否和縣城的經(jīng)濟(jì)及環(huán)境建設(shè)相適應(yīng),如何建設(shè)適合當(dāng)?shù)乩夏耆说奶厣B(yǎng)老環(huán)境是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。我國(guó)目前確定的養(yǎng)老模式為居家養(yǎng)老、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老和機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老。對(duì)沂源縣養(yǎng)老環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查也從這三方面進(jìn)行,以保證調(diào)查的全面性和真實(shí)性。養(yǎng)老環(huán)境的研究不僅包含老年人居住的室內(nèi)外環(huán)境及設(shè)施的配置情況,老年人的生活服務(wù)狀況及心理、生理需求等環(huán)境也是不容忽視的,因此,本文的研究是建立在對(duì)老年人特征及需求研究的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的。本課題的研究運(yùn)用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的研究方法,通過(guò)資料查閱、政府單位走訪、實(shí)地拍攝大量的圖片資料和居民的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷分析來(lái)獲得第一手資料,文章主題明確,主要從下面幾方面加以調(diào)查研究:首先是以老年人的特征及需求為切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)政府單位的走訪及得到的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,對(duì)沂源縣老齡化的現(xiàn)狀及養(yǎng)老環(huán)境的發(fā)展概況有了初步了解。其次是實(shí)地調(diào)研部分。居家養(yǎng)老是沂源縣老年人的主要養(yǎng)老方式,是本論文的重點(diǎn)調(diào)研對(duì)象。社區(qū)養(yǎng)老為居家養(yǎng)老的補(bǔ)充,沂源縣的社區(qū)養(yǎng)老才剛剛處于起步階段,有較大的發(fā)展空間。從各社區(qū)居委會(huì)了解到的基本情況還不夠全面,對(duì)縣域居民的調(diào)查訪問(wèn)是了解真實(shí)情況的直接途徑。對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老環(huán)境的調(diào)查選取的對(duì)象為縣內(nèi)最大規(guī)模的養(yǎng)老中心,能夠代表縣域內(nèi)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的整體水平。通過(guò)對(duì)居民入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的意愿調(diào)查,對(duì)以后沂源縣養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展有一個(gè)整體把握。最后,整體調(diào)研結(jié)束后,根據(jù)調(diào)研的實(shí)地情況以及縣域居民對(duì)養(yǎng)老環(huán)境的滿意度結(jié)果分析,對(duì)沂源縣養(yǎng)老環(huán)境存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析并作出客觀評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐膶?shí)際情況國(guó)內(nèi)外的優(yōu)秀案例,提出適合沂源縣養(yǎng)老環(huán)境的發(fā)展方向。養(yǎng)老環(huán)境的建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)重大的利民工程,切實(shí)關(guān)系到老年人的晚年幸福生活。對(duì)沂源縣當(dāng)?shù)仞B(yǎng)老環(huán)境的發(fā)展建議從當(dāng)?shù)氐膶?shí)際情況出發(fā),從制度的制定到各方面具體的實(shí)施方案,可以為沂源縣下一步的養(yǎng)老環(huán)境建設(shè)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和切實(shí)可行的理論依據(jù)及操作辦法。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the aging population in China has had a great and far-reaching impact on the economy, politics, culture and society. The problem of the aged has attracted great attention of the Party and the governments at all levels. It is a hot topic to improve the environment and quality of life of the elderly. The research object of this paper is Yiyuan County, which is a national garden city, and the aging situation has exceeded the national average. Whether the current pension environment of the elderly in Yiyuan County can adapt to the economic and environmental construction of the county town, and how to build a special old-age environment suitable for the local elderly is the focus of this paper. At present, the pattern of endowment in our country is home, community and institutional. In order to ensure the comprehensiveness and authenticity of the investigation, the present situation of the endowment environment in Yiyuan County is investigated from these three aspects. The study of the environment for the aged not only includes the indoor and outdoor environment and the allocation of facilities for the elderly, but also the living service and psychological and physiological needs of the elderly can not be ignored. The research in this paper is based on the characteristics and needs of the elderly. The research of this topic uses the research method of combining theory with practice, through the material consult, the government unit visits, the field photography massive picture material and the resident questionnaire analysis to obtain the first-hand information, the article topic is clear. Mainly from the following aspects to investigate and study: first of all, with the characteristics and needs of the elderly as the entry point, through the visit of government units and obtained data show, The current situation of aging and the development of the endowment environment in Yiyuan County are preliminarily understood. The second is the field research part. Home pension is the main way for the elderly in Yiyuan County, and it is the key research object of this paper. Community old-age support is the supplement of family pension, and the community pension in Yiyuan County is just in its infancy, and there is great room for development. The basic situation learned from the neighborhood committees is not comprehensive enough. The investigation and interview of the county residents is the direct way to understand the real situation. The investigation of the institutional pension environment selects the largest pension center in the county, which can represent the overall level of the pension institution in the county. Through the investigation of residents' willingness to move into pension institutions, there is an overall understanding of the future development of pension institutions in Yiyuan County. Finally, after the overall investigation, according to the field situation of the investigation and the county residents' satisfaction with the pension environment, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the pension environment in Yiyuan County and makes an objective evaluation. Combined with the local actual situation at home and abroad excellent cases, put forward suitable for Yiyuan County pension environment development direction. The construction of endowment environment is an important project for the benefit of the people, which is closely related to the happy life of the elderly in their old age. The suggestions for the development of local pension environment in Yiyuan County are based on the actual local conditions, from the formulation of the system to the specific implementation plan in various aspects. It can provide experience and practical theoretical basis and operation method for the construction of endowment environment in Yiyuan County.
