【摘要】：在中國城鎮(zhèn)化推進的過程中,拆遷安置小區(qū)是我們值得關注的一個現(xiàn)象,其中暴露出來的問題越來越顯性化。對這一現(xiàn)象的考察,可以把它定格在“過渡型社區(qū)”這一理論定位上,還可以把它置于“元治理”的理論視角下�！霸卫怼崩碚搶τ诠芾砼c治理是基于歷史與邏輯的一種辯證的否定。而且,中國現(xiàn)實中“過渡型社區(qū)”的治理呈現(xiàn)出來的就是“一主兩輔”的結(jié)構(gòu),而從策略上看,“黨政結(jié)構(gòu)型組織”是社區(qū)元治理的主體,并承擔著社區(qū)“治理校準”的角色。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization in China, relocation and resettlement is a phenomenon that we should pay attention to, in which the exposed problems become more and more dominant. To investigate this phenomenon, we can fix it on the theoretical orientation of "transitional community" and put it under the theoretical perspective of "meta-governance". The theory of meta-governance is a dialectical negation of management and governance based on history and logic. Moreover, in the reality of China, the governance of "transitional community" presents the structure of "one main body and two auxiliary", and from a strategic point of view, "party and government structure organization" is the main body of community meta-governance and plays the role of "governance calibration" in the community.
