【摘要】：本文以現(xiàn)代性的視域研究中國的大眾政治心理，，期望能了解其在新時(shí)期（改革開放后）的演變特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展規(guī)律，同時(shí)看到它折射出的中國現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中社會(huì)層面的巨大變化：如政府權(quán)力與責(zé)任的新型關(guān)系、價(jià)值維度多元化、頂層政治制度設(shè)計(jì)的完善與創(chuàng)新、國家治理方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和政治參與方式的民主革新等。論文對(duì)社會(huì)不同階層人群的政治心理產(chǎn)生的原因和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析，既有對(duì)政治精英和普通大眾的縱向分析，也有對(duì)社會(huì)不同人群之間的橫向比較，兩者均是中國的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程在政治心理層面的表現(xiàn)。現(xiàn)代性在政治心理層面作用具有兩面性，一方面它催生的啟蒙理性有利于培育成熟理性的政治心理，另一方面過于理性的功利化邏輯產(chǎn)生的“理性困境”和“精神危機(jī)”等“現(xiàn)代病”又會(huì)給大眾政治心理的發(fā)展帶來了消極的影響。 我國正處于全面深化改革、全面建成小康社會(huì)、全面依法治國、全面從嚴(yán)治黨的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，社會(huì)環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變，提升公民綜合政治素養(yǎng)刻不容緩，而政治心理發(fā)展程度是衡量政治素養(yǎng)水平的“晴雨表”，所以提升政治心理的發(fā)展水平至關(guān)重要。論文對(duì)“現(xiàn)代病”在政治心理層面的問題進(jìn)行了原因分析和療治辦法的可行性探究：在全社會(huì)大力提倡樹立社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀，從個(gè)人、集體、國家層面全方位確立指導(dǎo)性價(jià)值尺度，是引導(dǎo)公民政治心理理性回歸的價(jià)值觀基礎(chǔ)；持續(xù)深化的政治制度改革和政治民主建設(shè)是構(gòu)建公民理性政治心理的制度基礎(chǔ)；對(duì)人自身價(jià)值的肯定及社會(huì)價(jià)值的正確定位和認(rèn)知，培育公民的公共理性和重新建構(gòu)公共秩序是建構(gòu)公民政治心理的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the popular political psychology in China from the perspective of modernity, hoping to understand its evolution characteristics and development laws in the new period (after the reform and opening up). At the same time, it reflects the tremendous changes in the social level in the process of China's modernization, such as the new relationship between government power and responsibility, the diversification of value dimension, the perfection and innovation of the top-level political system design. The transformation of national governance and democratic innovation of political participation. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the causes and characteristics of the political psychology of different social strata, including the longitudinal analysis of the political elite and the general public, as well as the horizontal comparison between different social groups. Both are the manifestations of China's modernization process at the political psychological level. Modernity plays a dual role in the political psychology. On the one hand, the enlightenment reason which it gives birth to is conducive to the cultivation of mature rational political psychology. On the other hand, modern diseases such as "rational predicament" and "spiritual crisis" caused by the utilitarian logic of excessive rationality will have a negative impact on the development of popular political psychology. Our country is in the key period of comprehensively deepening the reform, building a well-off society in an all-round way, governing the country according to law and administering the party strictly, and the social environment is complex and changeable, so it is urgent to improve the comprehensive political literacy of citizens. The development of political psychology is a barometer to measure the level of political accomplishment, so it is very important to improve the level of political psychology. The paper analyzes the causes of the "modern diseases" in the political psychological level and explores the feasibility of the treatment methods: to promote the establishment of socialist core values in the whole society, from the individual, the collective, The establishment of guiding value scale in all aspects at the national level is the basis of values to guide the return of citizens' political psychological rationality. The continuous deepening of the political system reform and the construction of political democracy are the institutional basis for the construction of citizens' rational political psychology. The philosophical foundation of constructing citizen's political psychology is the affirmation of human's own value and the correct orientation and cognition of social value, the cultivation of citizen's public rationality and the reconstruction of public order.
