【摘要】：文化是一個(gè)民族的靈魂,是維護(hù)民族團(tuán)結(jié)和國(guó)家統(tǒng)一的精神紐帶。當(dāng)今時(shí)代,文化在綜合國(guó)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的地位日益顯著,加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè),提高文化軟實(shí)力,提高綜合國(guó)力是當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)發(fā)展的重要課題。自黨的十六大以來,以胡錦濤為總書記的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體在繼承毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民黨的三代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心的文化建設(shè)思想基礎(chǔ)上,以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),用科學(xué)發(fā)展觀統(tǒng)領(lǐng)新時(shí)期的社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè),相繼提出建設(shè)和諧文化、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系、深化文化體制改革、提高文化軟實(shí)力、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)等文化戰(zhàn)略思想。確立了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化發(fā)展道路,發(fā)展了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)理論。本論文共有五部分,其中,緒論介紹了論文的的選題依據(jù)、胡錦濤文化戰(zhàn)略思想的研究狀況、論文的研究思路和研究方法。論文的主體分為四部分,第一部分從時(shí)代背景、理論來源等方面分析胡錦濤文化戰(zhàn)略思想的形成發(fā)展過程；第二部分從戰(zhàn)略的角度闡述胡錦濤文化戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)思想、目標(biāo)、目的任務(wù)及戰(zhàn)略主體等戰(zhàn)略思想內(nèi)容；第三部分重點(diǎn)介紹胡錦濤文化戰(zhàn)略思想的實(shí)施路徑;第四部分重點(diǎn)分析胡錦濤文化戰(zhàn)略思想的理論特色以及理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。胡錦濤文化戰(zhàn)略思想是新時(shí)期馬克思主義文化思想在中國(guó)的繼承發(fā)展,是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化理論的重要組成部分,深入研究學(xué)習(xí)胡錦濤文化戰(zhàn)略思想對(duì)黨帶領(lǐng)全國(guó)人民實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:Culture is the soul of a nation and a spiritual bond to safeguard national unity and national unity. Nowadays, culture plays an increasingly important role in the competition of comprehensive national strength. Strengthening cultural construction, enhancing cultural soft power and improving comprehensive national strength are important topics for the development of all countries in the world. Since the 16th National Congress of the Party, the leading collective of the CPC Central Committee, with Hu Jintao as its general secretary, has been guided by Marxism on the basis of inheriting the cultural construction thought of the three generations of leading cores of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin. To guide the construction of socialist culture in the new period with the view of scientific development, we have successively proposed the construction of a harmonious culture, the construction of a socialist core value system, the deepening of the reform of the cultural system, and the enhancement of cultural soft power. Cultural strategic thoughts such as building a socialist cultural power. Established the Chinese characteristic socialism culture development road, developed the Chinese characteristic socialism culture construction theory. There are five parts in this paper, among which, the introduction introduces the basis of the topic, the research status of Hu Jintao's cultural strategy, the research ideas and research methods. The main body of the thesis is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the formation and development process of Hu Jintao's cultural strategic thought from the background of the times and theoretical sources. The second part expounds Hu Jintao's cultural strategy from the strategic point of view of the guiding ideology, objectives, objectives and tasks, strategic subjects and other strategic thinking content; The third part focuses on the implementation of Hu Jintao's cultural strategic thought, and the fourth part focuses on the theoretical characteristics and theoretical and practical significance of Hu Jintao's cultural strategic thought. Hu Jintao's cultural strategic thought is the inheritance and development of Marxist cultural thought in China in the new period, and is an important part of the theory of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. It is of great and far-reaching significance for Chinese Dream, who led the Party to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, to study Hu Jintao's cultural strategic thoughts.
