【摘要】：實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化是我們黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民長(zhǎng)期為之奮斗的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。對(duì)于這一目標(biāo)的具體認(rèn)識(shí)和設(shè)計(jì),經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)不斷深化和調(diào)整的過(guò)程。黨的十九大對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)"兩個(gè)一百年"奮斗目標(biāo)作出了新的戰(zhàn)略安排,要求在決勝全面建成小康社會(huì)的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)啟全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家的新征程。這一戰(zhàn)略安排提出了一個(gè)系統(tǒng)、完整的目標(biāo)體系,必須借助馬克思主義哲學(xué)特別是歷史唯物主義的方法論,從社會(huì)發(fā)展的整體性要求去認(rèn)識(shí)。經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期艱苦的努力,我們已經(jīng)取得了舉世矚目的重大成就,但也應(yīng)清醒地看到差距和不足。要將十九大描繪的宏偉藍(lán)圖變成現(xiàn)實(shí),還需要腳踏實(shí)地地作出努力。
[Abstract]:Realizing socialist modernization is the strategic goal that our party leads the people to struggle for a long time. The concrete understanding and design of this goal has gone through a process of deepening and adjusting. The Nineteenth National Congress of the Party has made new strategic arrangements for the realization of the goal of "two hundred years", and called for a new journey to build a socialist modern country in an all-round way on the basis of a decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way. This strategic arrangement puts forward a systematic and complete target system, which must be understood from the holistic requirements of social development with the help of Marxist philosophy, especially the methodology of historical materialism. After a long and arduous effort, we have made great achievements in the world, but we should also see the gap and deficiency soberly. A down-to-earth effort is needed to translate the grand blueprint drawn by the Nineteenth Congress into reality.
