【摘要】：新時代社會主要矛盾的新變化,不僅詮釋了改革開放以來,尤其是黨的十八大以來我國建設(shè)發(fā)展所取得的全方位、開創(chuàng)性的重大成就,更是對我國發(fā)展新階段的重大研判,它指出了主要矛盾中主體需求的新趨勢、客體供給的新現(xiàn)象以及矛盾主要方面的新問題。協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展必須主動對標(biāo)新時代主要矛盾的新要求,創(chuàng)造性地拓展理念、針對性地明確關(guān)鍵、歷史性地看待過程、堅定性地站穩(wěn)立場,將其作為指向社會整體發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)的目標(biāo)和尺度、當(dāng)成依賴政策工具的自覺社會建構(gòu)、看作長期漸進解決矛盾的社會過程和為了人民、依靠人民的社會行動。要深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,以實現(xiàn)社會生產(chǎn)與人民需求協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;強化政策協(xié)同,以實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟社會一體發(fā)展;優(yōu)化人民參與,以促進人的全面發(fā)展,在協(xié)調(diào)中破解發(fā)展不平衡不充分的難題,不斷提高對人民美好生活需要的滿足程度。
[Abstract]:The new changes in the principal contradictions of the society in the new era not only explain the all-round and groundbreaking achievements made in the construction and development of our country since the reform and opening up, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Party, but also make a major study and judgment on the new stage of our country's development. It points out the new trend of the subject demand, the new phenomenon of the object supply and the new problems in the main aspects of the principal contradiction. Coordinated development must take the initiative to meet the new requirements of the principal contradictions of the new era, creatively expand the concept, specifically identify the key, view the process historically, and stand firm and firm. It is regarded as the goal and yardstick to point to the state of the whole social development, as the conscious social construction relying on the policy tools, as the long-term social process of resolving contradictions gradually, and as the social action of the people for the sake of the people. It is necessary to deepen the supply-side structural reform in order to realize the coordinated development of social production and the people's demand, to strengthen the coordination of policies, and to realize the integrated development of economy and society. To optimize the participation of the people in order to promote the overall development of people, in coordination to solve the problem of uneven development, constantly improve the people's needs for a better life to meet the degree.
