【摘要】：臨終關(guān)懷其實是在病人即將面臨死亡的有限的時間內(nèi),來減輕病人的痛苦,緩和疾病的發(fā)作的一種護理方式。臨終關(guān)懷是屬于醫(yī)學范疇的一門學科,但同時也是現(xiàn)代的一種以其他學科相交叉的邊緣性學科。雖然臨終關(guān)懷從出現(xiàn)到現(xiàn)在還沒有超過40年,但是卻是人類文明發(fā)展的一個重要的體現(xiàn),是當今社會文明的一個重要標志。當前,我國的社會處于老齡化的背景之下,在這種背景之下,臨終關(guān)懷的存在不僅能夠有利于提高老年人在臨終階段的生活照料質(zhì)量,同時也能夠緩解老年人在精神上的壓力,減輕老年人的心理痛苦。隨著我國老齡化的速度不斷的加快,我國臨終關(guān)懷的事業(yè)與老齡化的規(guī)模相對比,還存在不少問題,而且發(fā)展也相對落后。本文在分析了國內(nèi)外臨終關(guān)懷發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,對臨終老人以及家屬在老人臨終前后的心理進行的分析,探討了中國的臨終關(guān)懷事業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,針對我國臨終關(guān)懷存在的問題,筆者進行了對策建議的研究。
[Abstract]:Hospice care is a kind of nursing method to alleviate the patient's suffering and relieve the attack of the disease in the limited time when the patient is about to die. Hospice is a medical discipline, but it is also a modern borderline subject intersecting with other disciplines. Although hospice care has not appeared for more than 40 years, it is an important embodiment of the development of human civilization and an important symbol of today's social civilization. At present, the society of our country is in the background of aging. Under this background, the existence of hospice care can not only improve the quality of care for the elderly in the terminal stage, but also relieve the mental pressure of the elderly. Alleviate the psychological pain of the elderly. With the acceleration of aging in China, the cause of hospice care in our country compared with the scale of aging, there are still many problems, and the development is relatively backward. Based on the analysis of the present situation of hospice development at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the psychology of the dying elderly and their families before and after the death, and probes into the present situation and existing problems of the development of hospice care in China. In view of the problems existing in hospice care in China, the author makes a study of countermeasures and suggestions.
