【摘要】：杜特爾特總統(tǒng)上任后,在國(guó)內(nèi)大搞基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),推行其"杜特爾特經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)",在外交上擱置與中國(guó)的南海爭(zhēng)議,同意以雙邊談判解決南海問題。杜特爾特的經(jīng)濟(jì)舉措和外交轉(zhuǎn)向,使其在經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)方面,不僅得到中方的大力支持,而且與中國(guó)倡導(dǎo)的"一帶一路"對(duì)接,取得了可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益,與此同時(shí),也改善了中菲之間的政治和外交關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:After he took office, President Duterte made great efforts to build infrastructure at home, promoted his "Duterte Economics", put aside the South China Sea dispute with China in diplomatic terms, and agreed to resolve the South China Sea issue through bilateral negotiations. Duterte's economic measures and diplomatic turn have not only received strong support from the Chinese side in economic construction, but also docked with "Belt and Road" initiated by China. At the same time, he has made considerable economic gains. It also improved political and diplomatic relations between China and the Philippines.
