【摘要】：從春秋戰(zhàn)國到鴉片戰(zhàn)爭,中國兩千年來停滯不前和資本主義一直處于萌芽狀態(tài)之原因,乃是生產(chǎn)資料及其經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力官有制,從而使官吏階級(jí)不僅壟斷政治權(quán)力,而且壟斷生產(chǎn)資料和經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力,進(jìn)而壟斷集會(huì)結(jié)社等社會(huì)權(quán)力和言論出版等文化權(quán)力。因?yàn)闄?quán)力壟斷是剝削和壓迫的根源,全權(quán)壟斷是極端殘酷的剝削和壓迫根源。兩千年來,中國全權(quán)壟斷的官吏階級(jí)對(duì)庶民階級(jí)的極端剝削和壓迫,一方面,主要表現(xiàn)為無所不包的極權(quán)主義政府管制,特別是"重農(nóng)抑末(工商)"政策,賦予官營工商業(yè)壟斷地位和種種特權(quán),抑制打壓乃至任意掠奪民營工商業(yè),從而導(dǎo)致民營工商業(yè)弱小、停滯、萎縮和官營工商業(yè)居于主導(dǎo)地位卻效率低下,致使中國兩千年來停滯不前和資本主義一直處于萌芽狀態(tài);另一方面,則主要表現(xiàn)為庶民階級(jí)的極端貧困,從而不但導(dǎo)致市場萎縮及小農(nóng)業(yè)與家庭副業(yè)等小手工業(yè)緊密結(jié)合,堵塞了商品經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的源泉和動(dòng)力,而且官逼民反,導(dǎo)致毀滅性戰(zhàn)爭,呈現(xiàn)從"興盛回復(fù)"到"衰亡戰(zhàn)爭"再到"新興盛回復(fù)"的王朝興亡周期律,如此循環(huán)往復(fù),每一次循環(huán)至多不過使物質(zhì)文明和經(jīng)濟(jì)成就回復(fù)到戰(zhàn)前水平或略有發(fā)展,因而兩千年來物質(zhì)文明和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展便差不多永遠(yuǎn)停滯于戰(zhàn)前水平或略有發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:From the Spring and Autumn period to the Opium War, the reason why China has stagnated since 2000 and capitalism has been in its infancy is that the means of production and the official system of economic power, so that the official class not only monopolizes political power, Moreover, it monopolizes the means of production and economic power, and then monopolizes social rights, such as assembly and association, and cultural rights such as speech and publication. Because the monopoly of power is the root of exploitation and oppression, and the monopoly of power is the root of extreme cruel exploitation and oppression. Since 2000, the extreme exploitation and oppression of the plebeian class by the monopolistic official class in China has mainly manifested itself in the all-inclusive totalitarian government control, especially in the policy of "emphasizing agriculture and suppressing the end (industry and commerce)". The monopoly status and various privileges of the official industry and commerce were given to restrain the suppression and even arbitrary plunder of the private industry and commerce, which led to the small and weak private industry and commerce, stagnation, atrophy and inefficiency in the dominant position of the official industry and commerce. This has caused China to stagnate for 2000 and capitalism has been in its infancy; on the other hand, it is mainly manifested in the extreme poverty of the common people class, which not only leads to the shrinking of the market and the close integration of small-scale agriculture with small handicraft industries such as family sideline, etc. It blocked the source and motive force of commodity economy development, and the officials forced the people against them, leading to destructive war, which presented the periodic law of dynasty rise and fall from "prosperity recovery" to "decline and fall war" to "new prosperity recovery". At most, each cycle brings material civilization and economic achievements back to pre-war levels or slightly developed, so that material civilization and economic development have been almost permanently stagnant at pre-war levels or slightly developed since 2000.
