【摘要】：站在全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展治理的高度,習(xí)近平提出了構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運共同體思想。構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運共同體是構(gòu)建人類命運共同體在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間發(fā)展衍變的邏輯必然,其核心主旨在于踐行五大發(fā)展理念,讓人民共享網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展成果形成網(wǎng)上網(wǎng)下同心圓,尊重網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)實現(xiàn)不同主體良性互動;其實現(xiàn)策略及教育路徑在于構(gòu)建以互聯(lián)互通為目標(biāo)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)施共同體,以互鑒交流為導(dǎo)向的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化共同體,以秩序公平為基準(zhǔn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全共同體,以社會主義核心價值觀為引領(lǐng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育共同體。
[Abstract]:Standing at the height of global Internet development governance, Xi Jinping put forward the idea of constructing cyberspace destiny community. The construction of cyberspace destiny community is a logical necessity for the evolution of human destiny community in cyberspace. Its core purpose is to practice the five development concepts and to make people share the fruits of network development to form a concentric circle between the Internet and the Internet. Respect for the sovereignty of the network to realize the benign interaction of different subjects, its realization strategy and education path lies in the establishment of network facilities community with the goal of interconnection, and the network culture community oriented by mutual learning and exchange. The network security community based on order and fairness and the network education community guided by socialist core values.
