【摘要】：陳云1983年12月25日與一位香港商人關(guān)于臺灣問題的談話,被整理成《從國家民族的大局出發(fā)實現(xiàn)祖國統(tǒng)一》發(fā)表。在這次談話前,1979年發(fā)表的《告臺灣同胞書》、1981年葉劍英提出的"葉九條"和1983年鄧小平同楊力宇的談話,比較系統(tǒng)地對黨在改革開放歷史新時期做好對臺工作、實現(xiàn)祖國統(tǒng)一大業(yè)的大政方針進行了說明,陳云這次談話正是在這些基礎(chǔ)上進行的。這次談話的內(nèi)容概括起來主要有三個方面:堅持一個中國立場;堅持"一國兩制"方針;警惕和防范世界上某些國家對中國統(tǒng)一的阻撓和破壞。這則史料集中反映了陳云解決臺灣問題、在實現(xiàn)祖國和平統(tǒng)一問題上的基本立場和觀點。
[Abstract]:On December 25, 1983, Chen Yun's talks with a Hong Kong businessman on the Taiwan issue were arranged and published as "Reunification of the motherland from the overall situation of the nation and nation." Prior to this talk, the "Book of suitors to Taiwan compatriots" published in 1979, the "Ye Nine articles" put forward by Ye Jianying in 1981, and the talks with Yang Liyu by Deng Xiaoping in 1983, have done relatively systematic work to the party in the new period of the history of reform and opening up to the outside world. The policy of realizing the great cause of reunification of the motherland was explained, and Chen Yun's talk was carried out on these bases. The contents of this talk can be summed up in three main aspects: adhering to the one-China position; adhering to the principle of "one country, two systems"; and guarding against the obstruction and sabotage of China's reunification by certain countries in the world. This historical data mainly reflects Chen Yun's basic stand and viewpoint on the issue of resolving the Taiwan issue and realizing the peaceful reunification of the motherland.
