【摘要】：在城市化的實(shí)踐進(jìn)程中,文化治理是現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家治理體系的重要組成部分,也是國(guó)家治理的核心能力之一。臺(tái)灣地區(qū)文化治理的變遷經(jīng)歷了"政府主導(dǎo)—市民文化意識(shí)覺(jué)醒—全面文化治理"三個(gè)階段,這一進(jìn)程中臺(tái)灣基于多元文化和諧共存的政策價(jià)值路向,打造了"多元的治理主體—順應(yīng)場(chǎng)景的治理方式—效度導(dǎo)向的治理內(nèi)容"的三維實(shí)施機(jī)制,并在實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域城市空間有效利用,增強(qiáng)都市文化認(rèn)同,協(xié)同區(qū)域城市化進(jìn)程等方面取得了良好的成效,這將為我國(guó)城市化背景下其他相關(guān)區(qū)域的都市文化建設(shè)梳理出可資借鑒的治理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization, cultural governance is an important part of modern national governance system, and also one of the core capabilities of national governance. The change of cultural governance in Taiwan has gone through three stages of "government leading, citizen cultural consciousness awakening-comprehensive cultural governance". In this process, Taiwan's policy value direction based on the harmonious coexistence of multiculturalism. Creating a three-dimensional implementation mechanism of "multiple governance subjects-governance mode of adapting to the scene-validity oriented governance content", and realizing the effective use of regional urban space and strengthening urban cultural identity. Good results have been achieved in the process of coordinated regional urbanization, which will comb out the governance experience for reference in the construction of urban culture in other related regions under the background of urbanization in China.
