【摘要】：構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體事關(guān)全世界人民的福祉,國際社會為此形成了一些公認(rèn)的、行之有效的行為準(zhǔn)則,包括國家主權(quán)平等原則、通過協(xié)商談判解決爭端原則、平等使用國際法原則、世界命運(yùn)共同主宰原則等�；趯ι鲜鲈瓌t的認(rèn)識并結(jié)合時代發(fā)展的要求,我們提供了構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的中國主張、中國方案,并貢獻(xiàn)了切實可行的實踐路徑。
[Abstract]:The building of a community of human destinies is a matter for the well-being of the peoples of the world, for which the international community has developed a number of recognized and effective norms of conduct, including the principle of the sovereign equality of States and the principle of negotiated and negotiated settlement of disputes, The principle of equal use of international law and the principle of common domination of world destiny. Based on the understanding of the above principles and the requirements of the development of the times, we provide the Chinese propositions and schemes for the construction of the human destiny community, and contribute a practical path to practice.
