【摘要】：丹麥政府數據開放水平居世界前列,對丹麥政府數據開放共享的政策、法規(guī)建設情況進行調查研究,有利于我國政府數據開放工作的推進。文章通過文獻調研和案例分析的方法,對丹麥政府數據開放相關網站及文獻資料進行搜集與梳理,對原始資料進行內容概括與總結歸納。研究發(fā)現:丹麥在政府數據開放方面建立了一套相對成熟完備的政策法規(guī)體系和工作運行機制;我國應該以推動個人數據信息安全方面的立法、分階段開放政府數據、成立跨機構管理部門統籌規(guī)劃、提高數據利用者的素質和技能、利用數據開放拉動經濟增長等為切入口,推動我國的政府數據開放工作。
[Abstract]:The data opening level in the world is in the forefront of the world, and the policy and regulation construction of the open sharing of data and data are investigated and studied, which is conducive to the promotion of the open work of the government data in our country. Through the methods of literature research and case analysis, the article collects and combs the relevant websites and documents of the open-end data, and summarizes and summarizes the original data. It has been found that Denmark has established a relatively mature and complete policy and regulation system and working mechanism in the opening of government data; China should adopt legislation to promote personal data information security, open government data in stages, and set up an overall plan for cross-agency management. Improving the quality and skills of data users, using data opening to pull economic growth and so on to cut the entrance, promote the government data opening work of our country.
