【摘要】："機(jī)會(huì)平等"與"結(jié)果平等"以一種相悖相成的方式塑造著美國(guó)的精神力量,這種既對(duì)立又統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系構(gòu)成了理解"特朗普現(xiàn)象"的基本視角。20世紀(jì)70年代以來,美國(guó)各屆政府均未能在追求"機(jī)會(huì)平等"的基礎(chǔ)上平衡"結(jié)果平等",導(dǎo)致中產(chǎn)階級(jí)和低收入者成為"輸家"。奧巴馬的應(yīng)對(duì)政策進(jìn)一步激化了美國(guó)社會(huì)的矛盾,釀成白人的身份認(rèn)同危機(jī)。在這些因素的疊加推動(dòng)下,美國(guó)多呈亂象,反精英、反全球主義、民粹主義狂飆突起。在這些亂象的背后,有一條潛流貫穿其間,這便是"美國(guó)夢(mèng)"的衰弱。特朗普正是迎合了這股潛流,通過疾呼"重塑美國(guó)的偉大"等口號(hào)暗示了對(duì)重建昔日白人特權(quán)的渴望,重燃了白人中產(chǎn)階層和藍(lán)領(lǐng)階層對(duì)"美國(guó)夢(mèng)"的信心,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了"逆襲"。
[Abstract]:"Equality of opportunity" and "equality of results" shape the spiritual power of the United States in a contradictory and complementary way. This oppositional and unified relationship constitutes a basic perspective for understanding the "Trump phenomenon." since the 1970s, Every administration in the United States has failed to balance "equality of results" on the basis of the pursuit of equality of opportunity, resulting in middle class and low income earners becoming "losers." Obama's policy has further intensified the conflict in American society, leading to a crisis of white identity. Driven by the combination of these factors, the United States is chaotic, anti-elite, anti-globalism, populism raging. Behind these disarray, there is a undercurrent running through it, and this is the decline of the American Dream. Trump catered to the undercurrent, hinting at the desire to rebuild the former white privilege by chanting slogans such as "reshape the greatness of America" and reigniting the confidence of the white middle class and the blue collar in the "American dream". Finally realized the "counterattack".
