【摘要】：利用北京市2015年"第四次中國城鄉(xiāng)老年人生活狀況抽樣調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù),基于Wagstaff等提出的方法,將序數(shù)性質(zhì)的自評健康轉(zhuǎn)化為基數(shù)性質(zhì)的健康不良指數(shù);進而探討我國老年人與其收入相關(guān)的健康不平等水平及其影響因素。實證結(jié)果顯示,我國老年人當中存在偏富人的健康不平等(高收入者擁有更好的健康水平),健康不平等的集中指數(shù)為-7.09%;其中,是否有養(yǎng)老存款、收入、教育等社會經(jīng)濟指標對加大健康不平等起到了重要作用,貢獻率分別為26.4%、25.4%、16.0%;而老年人的孤獨感、城鄉(xiāng)差別和住房條件也對老年人的健康不平等造成重要影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the fourth sampling survey of the living conditions of the elderly in urban and rural areas in Beijing in 2015, and based on the method proposed by Wagstaff et al, the self-rated health index of ordinal nature is transformed into the index of poor health of cardinal nature. Then it discusses the health inequality level and its influencing factors related to the income of the elderly in China. The empirical results show that there is health inequality among the elderly (the higher income group has better health level), and the concentration index of health inequality is -7.09. Social and economic indicators such as education play an important role in increasing health inequality with the contribution rates of 26.4and 25.40.The loneliness of the elderly, the difference between urban and rural areas and housing conditions also have an important impact on the health inequality of the elderly.
