【摘要】：伴隨著城市化進程,大量農(nóng)村青年進城上學(xué)或者打工,“空巢老人”、“留守老人”的現(xiàn)象十分普遍,這就造成農(nóng)村老人對社會養(yǎng)老特別是入住養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)有了更高的訴求和渴望。此外大多數(shù)老年人因為年齡的增長而出現(xiàn)認知能力和生理功能的衰退,身體上的衰老會誘發(fā)各種退化性慢性疾病,而慢性病如果沒有科學(xué)合理的管理會造成病情惡化,甚至危及生命。種種情況表明我國農(nóng)村醫(yī)療養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求日益加大,伴隨著老人日益增長的養(yǎng)老醫(yī)療需求,醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老模式出現(xiàn)在老人的生活當中�！搬t(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合”機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老不僅為老年群體提供生活上的照顧,并且更加重視老人的身體健康,致力于為老人提供專業(yè)的醫(yī)護服務(wù)。面對老年人復(fù)雜多樣的養(yǎng)老需求,本文以農(nóng)村老人的需求作為出發(fā)點,分析農(nóng)村老年人不同的服務(wù)意愿對“醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合”機構(gòu)建設(shè)的影響,探索鄉(xiāng)村老年人對“醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合”機構(gòu)建設(shè)的具體要求有哪些,為鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)建設(shè)醫(yī)養(yǎng)機構(gòu)提供理論性的參考意見。本文所研究的農(nóng)村老人的需求主要是指農(nóng)村老人的服務(wù)需求,根據(jù)相關(guān)的參考文獻,本文將農(nóng)村老人的服務(wù)需求分為生活照料服務(wù)需要、醫(yī)療服務(wù)需要和精神慰藉服務(wù)需要。將“醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合”養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)的建設(shè)需求分為對機構(gòu)周圍環(huán)境的需求、對機構(gòu)人員配置的需求、對機構(gòu)硬件設(shè)施的需求三個方面。通過閱讀相關(guān)的參考文獻,擬定了本文的研究模型,并提出了相關(guān)的研究假設(shè),根據(jù)研究假設(shè)的內(nèi)容設(shè)計了本文的調(diào)查問卷,并在預(yù)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上對問卷進行了反復(fù)的修改,最后將問卷分為6個分量表分別是生活照料服務(wù)量表、醫(yī)療服務(wù)量表、精神慰藉服務(wù)量表、機構(gòu)周邊環(huán)境的需求量表、機構(gòu)人員配置的需求量表和機構(gòu)硬件設(shè)施的需求量表。選取邢臺市下屬鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的農(nóng)村老人為研究對象發(fā)放問卷,收集數(shù)據(jù)并對數(shù)據(jù)進行了單因素方差分析,結(jié)果表明本文的研究假設(shè)全部成立。這就表明農(nóng)村老年人對服務(wù)需求的差異會影響醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機構(gòu)建設(shè)的需求。研究這些差異的意義在于根據(jù)老人不同的服務(wù)需求來建設(shè)和完善農(nóng)村“醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合”養(yǎng)老機構(gòu),從而滿足更多農(nóng)村老人的養(yǎng)老需求,避免家庭中代際之間的摩擦和矛盾,為農(nóng)村老人創(chuàng)造一個幸福的晚年生活。
[Abstract]:With the process of urbanization, a large number of rural youth go to school or work in cities. The phenomenon of "empty nest old people" and "left-behind elderly people" is very common. This causes the rural elderly to have a higher demand and desire for social pension, especially in pension institutions. In addition, the majority of the elderly suffer from a decline in cognitive ability and physiological function as a result of their age. Aging in the body can induce a variety of degenerative chronic diseases, and if chronic diseases are not managed scientifically and reasonably, the disease will worsen. Even life-threatening. All kinds of conditions indicate that the demand for medical care for the aged in our country is increasing day by day, and with the increasing demand of the elderly for the aged, the pattern of the combination of medical care and support for the aged appears in the life of the elderly. "combination of medical care and nursing" not only provides care for the elderly, but also pays more attention to the health of the elderly, and devotes to providing professional medical services for the elderly. In the face of the complex and diverse needs of the elderly, this paper takes the needs of the rural elderly as a starting point to analyze the influence of the different service intentions of the rural elderly on the establishment of the institution of "combination of medical care and support". This paper explores the specific requirements for the institution construction of "combination of medical care and support" for the elderly in rural areas, and provides theoretical references for the construction of medical and nursing institutions in rural areas. The demand of the rural elderly in this paper mainly refers to the service demand of the rural elderly. According to the relevant references, the service needs of the rural elderly are divided into life care service needs, medical service needs and spiritual comfort service needs. The construction needs of the old-age care institutions are divided into three aspects: the need for the surrounding environment, the need for the organization's staffing, and the demand for the organization's hardware facilities. By reading the relevant references, this paper draws up the research model, puts forward the relevant research hypotheses, designs the questionnaire according to the content of the research hypotheses, and revises the questionnaire repeatedly on the basis of the pre-survey. Finally, the questionnaire is divided into six sub-scales: life care service scale, medical service scale, psychological comfort service scale, the demand table of the surrounding environment of the organization, the demand table of the organization's staffing and the demand table of the organization's hardware facilities. Selecting the rural elderly in Xingtai as the research object, collecting the data and carrying on the analysis of variance of the data, the results show that the research hypothesis of this paper is all right. This indicates that the difference in service demand of the elderly in rural areas will affect the needs of medical and nursing institutions. The significance of studying these differences lies in the construction and improvement of rural "combination of medical care and support" old-age care institutions according to the different service needs of the elderly, so as to meet the needs of more rural elderly people for the aged, and to avoid intergenerational friction and contradictions in the family. Create a happy old age for the rural elderly.
