【摘要】：戰(zhàn)后朝鮮半島安全問題,涉及其內(nèi)部情勢和外部世界的多重緯度,而經(jīng)濟因素是理解與解決半島安全問題的一個關(guān)鍵問題。在朝鮮半島問題上,需要找到一種發(fā)現(xiàn)事實真相的創(chuàng)造性新方法,研究沖突各方的責任。朝韓雙方應該成為最重要的參與者和建設者,國際社會單方面孤立任何一方,或單獨采取行動,都無法真正促進問題的解決,而美國與朝鮮的政府間接觸則是解除朝鮮半島危機的根本出路。
[Abstract]:The security of the Korean Peninsula after the war involves its internal situation and the multiple latitudes of the outside world, and the economic factor is a key issue in understanding and resolving the security problems of the peninsula. On the Korean peninsula, there is a need to find a creative and new way to discover the truth and study the responsibilities of the parties to the conflict. The DPRK and the ROK should be the most important participants and builders, and the international community, unilaterally isolating either side or acting alone, will not be able to truly contribute to the resolution of the problem. And the contact between the US and North Korea is the fundamental way to resolve the crisis on the Korean Peninsula.
