【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國在經(jīng)濟上取得了巨大的成就,可這成就背后也存在著不可忽視的生態(tài)問題。事實上,這些問題的存在已經(jīng)制約著我國經(jīng)濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。面對嚴峻的現(xiàn)實,黨在十八大報告中提出:“把生態(tài)文明建設放在突出地位,融入經(jīng)濟建設、政治建設、文化建設、社會建設各方面和全過程,努力建設美麗中國,實現(xiàn)中華民族永續(xù)發(fā)展�！笨梢�,“美麗中國”建設目標的提出帶有強烈的時代意義與歷史責任感。從內(nèi)涵方面理解,“美麗中國”目標是一個涉及到經(jīng)濟、政治、文化、社會與生態(tài)等諸多領域的建設問題。那么,以美麗生態(tài)為目標,那“美麗中國”所要實現(xiàn)的“青山綠水”也就是生態(tài)文明建設所要實現(xiàn)的目標。這是“美麗中國”目標在生態(tài)領域的具體化,是“美麗中國”建設所要達到的最為直觀的目標。在這里,本文對生態(tài)文明建設的內(nèi)涵作了一定的闡述,也提出了自己的一些觀點。然而,我國生態(tài)文明建設面臨著諸多問題,本文主要探討了諸如經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式、生態(tài)教育缺失以及制度不完善等問題,也對其產(chǎn)生原因作了一定的分析。那么,問題的存在必然需要提出解決問題的措施,事實上,生態(tài)文明建設不是一個完全獨立的建設體系。相反,生態(tài)文明建設更是一項復雜的、涉及經(jīng)濟、政治、文化以及生活消費等各方面的綜合建設工程。由此可見,生態(tài)文明建設的途徑必然呈現(xiàn)多元化的特征。對此,本文最后章節(jié)主要就從具體的建設途徑出發(fā),有針對性地從經(jīng)濟建設、民主政治、法律制度以及文化生活消費四個方面著手探索生態(tài)文明建設的具體路徑。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in economy, but there are also some ecological problems behind this achievement. In fact, the existence of these problems has restricted the sustainable development of our economy and society. Faced with the grim reality, the Party put forward in the report of the 18th National Congress: "to put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position, to integrate all aspects and processes of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, and to strive to build a beautiful China," To realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. " Therefore, the construction goal of "beautiful China" has a strong sense of time and historical responsibility. In terms of connotation, the goal of "beautiful China" is a construction problem involving many fields, such as economy, politics, culture, society and ecology. Then, taking the beautiful ecology as the goal, the "green mountains and green waters" that "beautiful China" wants to realize is also the goal that the ecological civilization construction wants to realize. This is the embodiment of the goal of "beautiful China" in the ecological field and the most intuitive goal to be achieved in the construction of "beautiful China". In this paper, the connotation of the construction of ecological civilization is expounded, and some of its own views are put forward. However, the construction of ecological civilization in China is faced with many problems. This paper mainly discusses the problems such as the mode of economic development, the lack of ecological education and the imperfection of the system. In fact, the construction of ecological civilization is not a completely independent construction system. On the contrary, the construction of ecological civilization is a complex project involving economy, politics, culture and life consumption. Thus, the construction of ecological civilization must be diversified features. In view of this, the last chapter of this article mainly starts from the concrete construction way, from the economic construction, the democracy politics, the legal system and the cultural life consumption four aspects starts to explore the ecological civilization construction concrete path.
