推動構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的路徑選擇

【摘要】：人類命運(yùn)共同體是全世界人民為生存、發(fā)展和福祉而結(jié)成的一種互利合作、休戚與共的相互關(guān)系,其科學(xué)內(nèi)涵和價值追求是實現(xiàn)人類利益相互融合、命運(yùn)相互關(guān)聯(lián),推動人類共同發(fā)展、互利共贏,堅持人類相互尊重、平等相待,促進(jìn)人類文化兼容并蓄、交流互鑒,保證人類生存發(fā)展環(huán)境全面改善、越來越好。要正確理解人類命運(yùn)共同體存在的形態(tài),它將建設(shè)一個持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁榮、開放包容、清潔美麗的新"世界",造就一種新型國際關(guān)系和世界格局,而不是建立一個傳統(tǒng)意義上的國際合作組織。要推動構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體,就要促進(jìn)國際社會達(dá)成共識,增強(qiáng)各國的戰(zhàn)略互信,進(jìn)一步拓展新道路,充分發(fā)揮公認(rèn)的國際關(guān)系準(zhǔn)則和現(xiàn)有國際組織的作用,從建設(shè)地區(qū)命運(yùn)共同體起步逐漸展開。
[Abstract]:The Community of Human Destiny is a mutually beneficial cooperation and solidarity between the peoples of the world for survival, development and well-being. Its scientific connotations and value pursuit are the realization of the integration of human interests and the interrelatedness of destiny, Promote the common development of mankind, mutual benefit and win-win, adhere to human mutual respect, equal treatment, promote human cultural inclusion, exchanges and mutual learning, to ensure the overall improvement of human survival and development environment, better and better. To correctly understand the existence of the Community of Human Destiny, it will build a new "world" of lasting peace, universal security, common prosperity, openness and tolerance, and a clean and beautiful world, creating a new type of international relations and world pattern. Instead of creating an international cooperation organization in the traditional sense. To promote the building of a community of human destiny, it is necessary to promote consensus among the international community, enhance strategic mutual trust among countries, further expand new paths, and give full play to the accepted norms of international relations and the role of existing international organizations, Starting from the construction of regional community of destiny.
