【摘要】：隨著美國(guó)"亞太再平衡"戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn),美國(guó)綜合利用政治、外交、跨太平洋伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)議、軍售等不同手段影響臺(tái)灣的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和對(duì)外關(guān)系政策。臺(tái)灣當(dāng)局推出以"去中國(guó)化"為目標(biāo)的"新南向政策"政策,無(wú)疑體現(xiàn)了美國(guó)維持兩岸關(guān)系"不統(tǒng)、不獨(dú)"的戰(zhàn)略意圖,客觀上阻礙了兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系正常發(fā)展。就兩岸關(guān)系而言,美國(guó)因素對(duì)臺(tái)灣"新南向政策"的影響主要是消極的。本文總結(jié)了"新南向政策"的戰(zhàn)略目的及措施,分析了美國(guó)因素影響臺(tái)灣"新南向政策"的戰(zhàn)略背景,并就有關(guān)影響途徑進(jìn)行了剖析。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the "Asia-Pacific rebalancing" strategy, the United States comprehensively uses different means such as politics, diplomacy, the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, and arms sales to influence Taiwan's political, economic, and foreign relations policies. The Taiwan authorities' policy of "new southward orientation" with the goal of "removing China from China" undoubtedly reflects the strategic intention of the United States to maintain "no reunification, not independence" in cross-strait relations, and objectively hinders the normal development of cross-strait economic and trade relations. As far as cross-straits relations are concerned, the influence of American factors on Taiwan's "new southward policy" is mainly negative. This paper summarizes the strategic purpose and measures of the "New South Policy", analyzes the strategic background of the influence of American factors on Taiwan's "New South Policy", and analyzes the relevant influence ways.
