【摘要】：基于湖北省2010年人口普查和2015年人口抽樣調(diào)查提供的103個縣區(qū)的60歲及以上人口的自評健康數(shù)據(jù),以老年健康率為地區(qū)老年人口健康水平的測度指標,分析了湖北省老年健康水平的時空格局及影響因素。結果表明:湖北省老年健康水平的空間分異顯著,老年健康率的高值縣區(qū)主要是地級市的市轄區(qū),次高值縣區(qū)主要集中在中部地域,低值縣區(qū)則廣布于省域邊緣。湖北省老年健康水平呈現(xiàn)顯著的空間正向關聯(lián)性,但隨著空間差異擴大,空間集聚程度呈下降態(tài)勢。武漢城區(qū)及其周邊為HH類型縣區(qū)集聚區(qū),鄂西、鄂東北和鄂東南邊緣則是LL類型縣區(qū)集聚區(qū)。總體上看,湖北省老年健康率的熱點區(qū)域一直穩(wěn)定地保持在武漢及其鄰近縣區(qū),冷點區(qū)域也較為穩(wěn)定地集中于鄂西、鄂東北和鄂東南邊緣地區(qū)。除歷史因素外,地區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟條件、自然環(huán)境因素以及老年人口社會經(jīng)濟特征的縣際差異是湖北省老年健康水平空間分異的重要影響因素。該結果對于促進老年人口健康的區(qū)際公平發(fā)展具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the self-assessed health data of population aged 60 years and over in 103 counties and districts provided by the 2010 population Census of Hubei Province and the population sample Survey of 2015, the elderly health rate is taken as an index to measure the health level of the elderly population in the region. The spatial and temporal patterns and influencing factors of the health level of the elderly in Hubei Province were analyzed. The results show that the spatial differentiation of the health level of the elderly in Hubei Province is significant. The high value county area of the elderly health rate is mainly the prefecture-level city district, the sub-high value county area is mainly concentrated in the central region, and the low value county area is widely distributed on the edge of the province. The health level of the elderly in Hubei Province showed a significant spatial positive correlation, but with the expansion of spatial differences, the degree of spatial agglomeration decreased. In Wuhan urban area and its periphery is HH type county area agglomeration area, western Hubei province, northeast Hubei and southeast Hubei edge is LL type county area agglomeration area. On the whole, the hot spots of the elderly health rate in Hubei Province have been kept steadily in Wuhan and its neighboring counties, and the cold spot areas are also relatively stable in the western Hubei, northeast Hubei and the southeast edge of Hubei. In addition to historical factors, the regional social and economic conditions, natural environment factors and the social and economic characteristics of the elderly population are important factors affecting the spatial differentiation of the health level of the elderly in Hubei Province. The results can be used for reference to promote the healthy and equitable development of the elderly population.
