【摘要】：烏茲別克斯坦是中亞中部的一個內(nèi)陸國家,位于連接?xùn)|西和南北交通的十字路口,具有非常有利的地理位置和古代作為一個重要的商隊的交集。烏茲別克斯坦是中亞的一個大國,人口眾多,棉花、天然氣、石油和黃金資源豐富,譽為“四金”的國家聲譽。中亞地區(qū)對中國而言的無法取代的政治、經(jīng)濟、戰(zhàn)略地位是跨越時空毋庸置疑的。烏茲別克斯坦作為原蘇聯(lián)聯(lián)盟國家之一,與中國同為發(fā)展中國家的一員,也是當(dāng)下絲綢之路的必經(jīng)地帶,其研究有助于彼此相互了解,加緊合作,互相借鑒,共同進步。本文分為四大部分研究烏茲別克斯坦的投資環(huán)境,第一部分主要包括烏茲別克斯坦投資環(huán)境研究的意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究的重難點和創(chuàng)新點進行了說明。第二部分對烏茲別克斯坦政治體制、經(jīng)濟概況和對外關(guān)系進行了簡單梳理。第三部分論述了烏茲別克斯坦吸引投資的優(yōu)惠政策和法律保障。第四部分論述了烏茲別克斯坦投資環(huán)境的不利因素及投資建議。
[Abstract]:Uzbekistan is a landlocked country in central Central Asia. It is located at the crossroads between east and west and north and south. It has a very favorable geographical position and the intersection of ancient times as an important caravan. Uzbekistan is a large country in Central Asia, with a large population, rich in cotton, natural gas, oil and gold resources, known as the "four gold" national reputation. The irreplaceable political, economic and strategic position of Central Asia for China is beyond doubt. Uzbekistan, as one of the former Soviet Union countries, is a member of the developing countries with China, and is also the necessary zone of the Silk Road at present. Its research helps each other to understand each other, strengthen cooperation, learn from each other, and make common progress. This paper is divided into four parts to study the investment environment in Uzbekistan. The first part mainly includes the significance of the research on the investment environment of Uzbekistan, the current research situation at home and abroad, the important difficulties and innovation points of the research. The second part briefly combs the political system, economic situation and foreign relations of Uzbekistan. The third part discusses the preferential policy and legal guarantee of attracting investment in Uzbekistan. The fourth part discusses the adverse factors of Uzbekistan's investment environment and investment suggestions.
