本文選題：異地養(yǎng)老市場(chǎng) + 困境�。� 參考：《改革與戰(zhàn)略》2017年11期

【摘要】：目前我國(guó)異地養(yǎng)老市場(chǎng)發(fā)展中仍面臨較多困境,包括老齡人養(yǎng)老觀念、國(guó)家醫(yī)療保障制度、養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)安全保障、養(yǎng)老專業(yè)人才等方面問(wèn)題。對(duì)此,我國(guó)政府應(yīng)充分依循市場(chǎng)規(guī)律,積極改革壁壘性的醫(yī)保制度,出臺(tái)異地養(yǎng)老市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的支持政策,搭建異地養(yǎng)老服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化公共平臺(tái),引導(dǎo)旗艦型企業(yè)培育壯大,加快專業(yè)化人才隊(duì)伍培養(yǎng),以此推動(dòng)異地養(yǎng)老市場(chǎng)又好又快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still many difficulties in the development of the old-age care market in China, including the concept of the aged, the national medical security system, the security of the old-age institutions, and the professional talents for the aged, and so on. In view of this, our government should follow the law of the market, actively reform the barrier medical insurance system, introduce the supporting policy of the development of the pension market in different places, set up the network public platform of the pension service in different places, and guide the flag ship-based enterprises to grow stronger. Speed up the training of specialized talents, so as to promote the development of the pension market in different places.
