【摘要】：曾經(jīng)受限于民族國家邊界的經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和政治體系正經(jīng)歷著全球化進(jìn)程,政治家、社會(huì)組織和其他社會(huì)行為體積極參與到全球化議題的公共討論中。沖突是否固化為一個(gè)穩(wěn)定的分裂狀態(tài),決定因素之一是這些沖突在多大程度上擁有意識(shí)形態(tài)支撐。作為這種支撐的基礎(chǔ),我們將全球主義者與國家主義者、普遍主義者與情境主義者之間關(guān)于正義的哲學(xué)爭論視為活躍在公共領(lǐng)域的政治倡導(dǎo)者們可以利用的原始思想材料�；诖�,我們確定了可以為這種意識(shí)形態(tài)支撐提供核心要素的四個(gè)主要爭論點(diǎn):邊界的滲透性、權(quán)力在不同層級(jí)間的分配、共同體的規(guī)范性尊嚴(yán)、正當(dāng)性證明的模式。全球主義者與普遍主義者在這四個(gè)爭論點(diǎn)方面的觀點(diǎn)的理想型組合可被稱為世界主義,而國家主義者和情境主義者的相關(guān)觀點(diǎn)的理想型組合可被稱為共同體主義。世界主義和共同體主義作為政治意識(shí)形態(tài)在公共討論中越是扮演重頭戲,關(guān)于全球化的爭論就越有可能固化形成新的分裂。本文提出的概念框架可以用來支持旨在分析全球化沖突的意識(shí)形態(tài)基礎(chǔ)的實(shí)證研究。
[Abstract]:The economic, cultural and political systems that were once limited by the borders of nation-states are undergoing the process of globalization, with politicians, social organizations and other social actors actively participating in public discussions on the issue of globalization. One of the determinants of whether conflicts solidify into a stable state of division is the extent to which they are ideologically supported. As a basis for this support, we regard the philosophical debate on justice between globalists and nationalists, universalists and situationists as the original ideological material available to political advocates active in the public domain. Based on this, we determine the four main issues that can provide the core elements for this kind of ideological support: the permeability of the boundary, the distribution of power among different levels, the normative dignity of the community, and the model of justification. The ideal combination of the views of globalists and universalists in these four issues can be called cosmopolitanism, while the ideal combination of the views of nationalists and situationists can be called communitarianism. The more cosmopolitanism and communitarianism play an important role in public discussion as political ideology, the more likely the debate about globalization will solidify and form a new division. The conceptual framework proposed in this paper can be used to support empirical research aimed at analyzing the ideological basis of globalization conflict.
