【摘要】：德國綠黨是一個(gè)在歐洲(乃至西方)負(fù)有盛名的環(huán)保組織,不僅推動(dòng)了環(huán)保運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展,而且積極建構(gòu)環(huán)保理論,尤其是后一方面在生態(tài)主義理論發(fā)展上占據(jù)重要一席。重要的是,德國綠黨的生態(tài)主義理論在本質(zhì)上屬于生態(tài)社會(huì)主義的范疇。德國綠黨的生態(tài)社會(huì)主義理論具有獨(dú)特的視角和內(nèi)蘊(yùn),是生態(tài)社會(huì)主義陣營中的一支獨(dú)特的理論。本論文認(rèn)為,德國綠黨的生態(tài)社會(huì)主義理論之“獨(dú)特性”主要體現(xiàn)在其政治倫理思想上,特別是它在思考生態(tài)問題和環(huán)保問題時(shí)提出的一系列主張都帶有鮮明的政治倫理色彩,蘊(yùn)含了其政治倫理原則、倫理理念和價(jià)值關(guān)懷。基于此,本論文以“德國綠黨的生態(tài)社會(huì)主義政治倫理思想”為主題展開研究,并且梳理和分析了以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。首先,主要論述德國綠黨的生態(tài)社會(huì)主義思想。以德國綠黨的產(chǎn)生作為本文的開篇,這是從縱向的角度對德國綠黨的生態(tài)社會(huì)主義思想進(jìn)行追溯,為之后論述德國綠黨生態(tài)社會(huì)主義政治倫理思想的理論內(nèi)容提供思想史的依據(jù);而后闡述它的政治理念和政治實(shí)踐,挖掘內(nèi)涵于德國綠黨生態(tài)社會(huì)主義思想中的倫理維度。其次,德國綠黨以政治思想的生態(tài)倫理為基礎(chǔ)、以正義的政治制度為手段、以國家政治倫理的行為為目標(biāo)、以社會(huì)主義戰(zhàn)略為路徑,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然界的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。因此本論文從政治思想、政治制度、國家職能、政治價(jià)值和社會(huì)主義戰(zhàn)略五方面全面論述德國綠黨生態(tài)社會(huì)主義的政治倫理思想。再次,以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo)對德國綠黨的生態(tài)社會(huì)主義政治倫理思想展開評價(jià)。“思想不能邂逅歷史”,德國綠黨的生態(tài)社會(huì)主義政治倫理思想是特定時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物,自然具有局限性。它產(chǎn)生于環(huán)境問題,只要當(dāng)前的環(huán)境問題沒有徹底解決,就有存在的價(jià)值和意義,所以要辯證的看待。最后,結(jié)合我國當(dāng)前的生態(tài)問題、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際論述解決生態(tài)問題的必要性和緊迫性,而后從國家的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位、國家的治理功能、依法治理與以德治理相結(jié)合、科學(xué)評價(jià)和價(jià)值價(jià)值評價(jià)相結(jié)合四個(gè)方面論述德國綠黨的生態(tài)社會(huì)主義政治倫理思想對我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的啟迪。
[Abstract]:The Green Party of Germany is a famous environmental protection organization in Europe (even in the West). It not only promotes the development of environmental protection movement, but also actively constructs the theory of environmental protection, especially the latter one occupies an important position in the development of ecologism theory. The important thing is that the ecological theory of the Green Party of Germany belongs to the category of ecological socialism in essence. The Green Party's theory of ecological socialism has a unique angle of view and connotation and is a unique theory in the camp of ecological socialism. This paper holds that the "uniqueness" of the Green Party's theory of ecological socialism is mainly reflected in its political ethics, especially the series of ideas it puts forward when thinking about ecological problems and environmental protection issues. It contains its political ethics principle, ethics idea and value concern. Based on this, this thesis studies the theme of "the political ethics of ecological socialism of the Green Party of Germany", and combs and analyzes the following aspects. First of all, mainly discusses the German Green Party's ecological socialism thought. This paper begins with the emergence of the Green Party of Germany, which traces the ecological socialism thought of the Green Party of Germany from a vertical point of view. It provides the basis of the history of thought for the discussion of the theoretical content of the political ethics thought of the Green Party of Germany, then expounds its political idea and practice, and excavates the ethical dimension of the connotation of the ecological socialism thought of the Green Party of Germany. Secondly, the Green Party of Germany takes the ecological ethics of political thought as the foundation, the just political system as the means, the behavior of the national political ethics as the goal, the socialist strategy as the path, and finally realizes the coordinated development between man and nature. Therefore, this paper discusses the political ethics of ecological socialism of the Green Party of Germany from five aspects: political thought, political system, state function, political value and socialist strategy. Thirdly, under the guidance of Marxism, the political ethics of ecological socialism of the Green Party of Germany is evaluated. "thought can't meet history". The political ethics thought of ecological socialism of Green Party of Germany is the product of a specific era, and naturally has its limitations. It arises from environmental problems, so long as the current environmental problems are not solved thoroughly, there is value and significance of existence, so we should treat them dialectically. Finally, combining the current ecological problems and the reality of economic development in China, the necessity and urgency of solving the ecological problems are discussed, and then from the leading position of the country, the function of governance of the country, and the combination of governing by law with governance by virtue, This paper discusses the enlightenment of German Green Party's ecological socialist political ethics to the construction of ecological civilization in our country from four aspects: scientific evaluation and value evaluation.
