【摘要】：2017年4月4日敘利亞西北部發(fā)生毒氣致人傷亡事件后第三天,美國總統(tǒng)特朗普指責(zé)是敘利亞政府制造了這次事件,下令對敘利亞的軍用機(jī)場進(jìn)行導(dǎo)彈打擊。但美國國內(nèi)專家及前高級情報官員紛紛質(zhì)疑特朗普的指責(zé)及軍事行動。促使特朗普匆忙做出軍事打擊決定的三大因素是:急于擺脫"通俄門"困境;與俄羅斯?fàn)帄Z中東地區(qū)主導(dǎo)權(quán);以軍方為主的安全團(tuán)隊起了決定性作用。通過梳理近期美國的對外政策及其舉措,可以清楚地看到,特朗普的外交決策具有明顯的"新干涉主義"特征;具有多變性、不可預(yù)測性,且更多冒險性;外交軍事化色彩較濃。這應(yīng)引起我們的高度關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:On April 4, 2017, U.S. President Donald Trump accused the Syrian government of creating a missile strike at Syria's military airport on April 4, 2017, a third day after a toxic gas casualty occurred in northwestern Syria. But domestic experts and former senior intelligence officials have questioned Trump's accusations and military actions. The three main factors that prompted Trump's hasty decision on a military strike were the rush to get out of the "through Russia" dilemma; the battle with Russia for leadership in the Middle East; and the decisive role played by a military-dominated security team. By combing the recent US foreign policy and its measures, it is clear that Trump's foreign policy decision has the characteristics of "new interventionism", variability, unpredictability and more risk taking. Diplomatic militarization is more intense. This should be of great concern to us.
