【摘要】：在創(chuàng)新驅動和知識經濟背景下,創(chuàng)新街區(qū)已經成為城市空間體系中創(chuàng)新功能的重要載體。在對創(chuàng)新街區(qū)內涵界定的基礎上,將我國創(chuàng)新街區(qū)總結為中心市區(qū)橋梁紐帶型、水岸"工業(yè)銹帶"改造型和遠郊高教園區(qū)城市化覆蓋型3種模式,并結合3個典型案例解析創(chuàng)新街區(qū)構建模式。最后,提出創(chuàng)新街區(qū)建設要重視創(chuàng)新功能與城市功能融合,創(chuàng)新人才吸引渠道應多樣化并發(fā)揮支柱核心性創(chuàng)新機構引領作用等建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of innovation driving and knowledge economy, innovative block has become an important carrier of innovation function in urban space system. On the basis of defining the connotation of innovative district, this paper summarizes the innovation district of our country as the bridge tie type of central urban area, the transformation model of "industrial rust belt" along the water bank and the urbanization coverage type of suburb higher education park. And combined with three typical cases to analyze the innovative block construction model. Finally, the author suggests that the construction of innovative districts should pay attention to the integration of innovative functions and urban functions, and that the channels of attracting innovative talents should be diversified and the leading role of the core innovative institutions should be brought into play.
