【摘要】：中共十八大以來,黨中央按照"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局,引領(lǐng)全國各族人民進(jìn)行了波瀾壯闊的偉大實(shí)踐,全面建成小康社會取得了舉世矚目的歷史性成就:產(chǎn)業(yè)邁向中高端水平,消費(fèi)對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)明顯加大;脫貧攻堅(jiān)成效顯著,人民生活水平和質(zhì)量普遍提高;教育、文化、衛(wèi)生等事業(yè)全面進(jìn)步。全面深化改革,不斷向縱深推進(jìn):供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革邁出實(shí)質(zhì)性步伐;創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略深入實(shí)施;國防和軍隊(duì)改革取得突破;高水平對外開放呈現(xiàn)新格局。全面依法治國開啟了中國法治新時(shí)代,形成了全面依法治國的豐富思想內(nèi)涵,并在實(shí)踐中取得了重要成就。全面從嚴(yán)治黨,夯實(shí)了黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee has guided the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country in carrying out the magnificent and magnificent practice in accordance with the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, and has made a historic achievement in building a well-off society in an all-round way: the industry is moving toward the middle and high level. Consumption has contributed significantly to economic growth; achieved remarkable results in overcoming poverty; improved the living standards and quality of the people in general; and made overall progress in education, culture, and public health. Deepening reform in an all-round way and pushing forward in depth: substantial steps are taken in supply-side structural reform; innovation-driven development strategy is carried out in depth; national defense and army reform has made a breakthrough; and a new pattern of high-level opening to the outside world has emerged. Ruling the country according to law in an all-round way opens a new era of ruling by law in China, forms the rich ideological connotation of governing the country according to law in an all-round way, and has made important achievements in practice. Comprehensive strict administration of the party, tamping the ruling foundation of the party.
