【摘要】：社會(huì)公平思想在我國源遠(yuǎn)流長,從古代開始,先哲們已將社會(huì)公平作為衡量一個(gè)社會(huì)賢治與否的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,社會(huì)公平的內(nèi)涵也得到不斷的豐富與發(fā)展。在當(dāng)今政治生態(tài)下,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)公平已經(jīng)是各國執(zhí)政黨執(zhí)政的一個(gè)重要價(jià)值取向,日益成為各國政黨的追求目標(biāo)。中國共產(chǎn)黨成立之初,便將社會(huì)公平作為一項(xiàng)奮斗目標(biāo),并身體力行地進(jìn)行了豐富的理論創(chuàng)新和現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐。本文主要闡述了十六大以來黨的社會(huì)公平思想,力求從理論緣起,現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),理論特點(diǎn)等方面進(jìn)行深入剖析,努力找出一條推動(dòng)社會(huì)公平建設(shè)的可行道路。文章包括引言和三章正文四個(gè)部分。引言部分就論文的研究背景和研究意義、目前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于社會(huì)公平問題的研究狀況、本文所運(yùn)用的研究方法、創(chuàng)新與不足,文中相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行簡單的介紹。正文第一部分,探討十六大以來黨的社會(huì)公平思想的理論緣起和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。新時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨社會(huì)公平思想的形成與發(fā)展是在吸收參考我國歷史文化所包涵的公平思想、馬克思主義公平觀點(diǎn)、西方文化體系的公平思想等人類優(yōu)秀文明成果,繼承和發(fā)展黨的歷代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體在涉及社會(huì)公平問題的觀點(diǎn)、理念等基礎(chǔ)上,與當(dāng)前具體社會(huì)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,而逐步形成并日益完善的。正文第二部分,闡明十六大以來黨的社會(huì)公平思想的基本內(nèi)容。新時(shí)期以來,中共中央立足我國實(shí)際,順應(yīng)形勢(shì)變化,不斷創(chuàng)新發(fā)展社會(huì)公平思想,這個(gè)時(shí)期所形成的社會(huì)公平思想顯現(xiàn)出了顯著的國情特征和階段特色。正文第三部分,論述這一思想對(duì)于制定社會(huì)政策,解決社會(huì)不平等問題所產(chǎn)生的重要意義及啟示。中國共產(chǎn)黨在新時(shí)代、新階段所形成的社會(huì)公平思想,繼承和發(fā)展了馬克思主義公平理論,對(duì)于中國共產(chǎn)黨科學(xué)制定社會(huì)政策,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)公平正義,帶領(lǐng)全國人民實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢(mèng),具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The thought of social equity has a long history in our country. Since ancient times, the sages have regarded social equity as an important criterion to judge whether a society is virtuous or not. With the development of society, the connotation of social equity has been constantly enriched and developed. Under the current political environment, the realization of social equity has become an important value orientation of the ruling party in various countries, and has increasingly become the pursuit goal of the political parties of all countries. At the beginning of the Communist Party of China, social equity was regarded as a goal of struggle, and abundant theoretical innovation and practical practice were carried out in practice. This paper mainly expounds the social equity thought of the Party since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and tries to find out a feasible way to promote the construction of social equity from the theoretical origin, realistic basis, theoretical characteristics and so on. The article includes four parts: introduction and three chapters. In the introduction part, the research background and significance of the thesis, the current research situation of social equity at home and abroad, the research methods, innovations and deficiencies used in this paper, and the related concepts in the paper are briefly introduced. The first part of the text discusses the theoretical origin and practical basis of the Party's social equity thought since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The formation and development of the social equity thought of the Communist Party of China in the new period is the result of the excellent civilization of mankind, such as the fair thought contained in the history and culture of our country, the fair viewpoint of Marxism, the fair thought of the western cultural system, and so on. Inheriting and developing the central leading collectives of the past generations of the Party, on the basis of the views and ideas concerning social equity, and combining with the current concrete social practice, the central leading collective has gradually formed and become more and more perfect. The second part of the text expounds the basic content of the Party's social equity thought since the 16th National Congress. Since the new period, the CPC Central Committee has been based on the reality of our country, adapted to the changes of the situation, and constantly innovated and developed the social equity thought. The social equity thought formed in this period has shown remarkable national characteristics and stage characteristics. The third part discusses the significance and enlightenment of this thought in formulating social policy and solving the problem of social inequality. The thought of social justice formed by the Communist Party of China in the new era and new stage inherits and develops the Marxist theory of fairness, which makes social policies scientifically and realizes social fairness and justice for the Communist Party of China. Chinese Dream, which leads the people to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, is of great practical significance.
