【摘要】：2015年以來,法國屢屢發(fā)生由穆斯林移民制造或參與制造的恐怖襲擊事件,并造成了大量無辜傷亡,這使法國長期存在的"移民",尤其是數(shù)量龐大的穆斯林移民對(duì)主流社會(huì)的融入不足問題再度成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。作為法國移民的主體,穆斯林群體的融入顯然遇到了不少羈絆。盡管這類人口總體增長迅速,法國社會(huì)對(duì)這些新來者亦表示接受,新一代移民并沒有絲毫比他們的父輩過的更好,現(xiàn)實(shí)反而更加殘酷。社會(huì)排斥,失業(yè),貧困,郊區(qū)……相似的不幸還在繼續(xù)損害那些可憐人的權(quán)益,他們大部分都是新的法國公民,努力擺脫他們固有的階層卻只是徒勞。聲音嘶啞,陷入深深絕望的這些社會(huì)的少數(shù)成員進(jìn)而轉(zhuǎn)向更加極端的方式使自己被聽見和關(guān)注。這是他們對(duì)社會(huì)上與所有移民階層都息息相關(guān)的爭論的回應(yīng),是對(duì)漠視他們的利益并把他們的呼聲歸咎于社會(huì)機(jī)能障礙的政策的回應(yīng)。此外,還有無處不在但通常都帶來負(fù)面影響的媒體報(bào)道。對(duì)于移民群體來說,在法國的融入正面臨著一系列巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。多項(xiàng)調(diào)查顯示,尤其自2010年以來,伊斯蘭在法國的形象一落千丈。2016年,三分之二的法國人認(rèn)為穆斯林們沒有很好地融入并主要?dú)w咎于"他們自身拒絕融入社會(huì)"。然而,是否真的是穆斯林們自身拒絕融入法國社會(huì)呢?造成移民在法國融入羈絆的文化根源到底在哪里?什么才是他們的身份一首先是法國人,還是首先是穆斯林?所有這些問題把我們引向?qū)δ滤沽忠泼裨诜▏谌雴栴}的研究,尤其是最突出的在價(jià)值觀上以及兩種文明的交融和沖突,也就是本文著重從文化視域下的分析。本文試圖識(shí)別、探究法國穆斯林移民融入問題的主要文化根源,借助法國最知名的權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)的調(diào)查、報(bào)道和數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究,以解釋法國的穆斯林移民在文化融入上的失敗。本文主體由三部分組成。第一章,為了使大家更好地理解法國穆斯林移民的背景,在此將闡述"移民"和"融入"的基本釋義,介紹法國歷史上三次移民浪潮,移民融入問題的逐步形成,以及法國穆斯林移民的融入現(xiàn)狀。在第二章,本文將分析法國穆斯林移民的特點(diǎn),并從以下方面探究文化視域下的法國穆斯林移民融入問題的根源:法國民族主義傳統(tǒng);現(xiàn)代性背景下的伊斯蘭與法蘭西文明;文化認(rèn)同的缺失;以及文化適應(yīng)的錯(cuò)位。最后,在第三章,本文將總結(jié)法國的移民文化融入措施,從已被證明失敗的共和同化模式到針對(duì)移民融入的改革措施,并思考其給我們帶來的關(guān)于文化多樣性和進(jìn)步的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:Since 2015, there have been repeated terrorist attacks by Muslim immigrants in France, which have resulted in a large number of innocent casualties. This makes the long-standing "immigration" in France, especially the large number of Muslim immigrants, the problem of integration into the mainstream society has become the focus of attention again. As the main body of French immigrants, the integration of the Muslim community obviously encountered a lot of fetters. Despite the rapid overall growth of such populations, French society accepts that the new generation of immigrants is no better off than their parents, and the reality is more brutal. Social exclusion, unemployment, poverty, suburbs. Similar misfortunes continue to impair the rights of the poor, most of whom are new French citizens, trying to shake off their inherent class in vain. Hoarse, deeply desperate, a few members of these societies turn to more extreme ways to make themselves heard and noticed. This is their response to debates that affect all classes of immigrants, to policies that ignore their interests and blame their voices on social dysfunction. In addition, there are everywhere, but often have a negative impact of media coverage. For immigrant groups, integration in France is facing a series of enormous challenges. Surveys show that Islam's image in France has plummeted, especially since 2010. In 2016, 2/3 of French believed that Muslims were not well integrated and were largely blamed for "their own refusal to integrate into society." But is it really Muslims themselves who refuse to integrate into French society? Where is the cultural origin of the integration of immigrants in France? What are they first of all French or first of all Muslim? All these problems lead us to the study of the integration of Muslim immigrants in France, especially the most prominent integration and conflict between the values and the two civilizations, that is, this paper focuses on the analysis from the perspective of culture. This paper attempts to identify and explore the main cultural roots of the integration of Muslim immigrants in France, and to explain the failure of the integration of Muslim immigrants in France by means of surveys, reports and data from the most famous authorities in France. The main body of this paper consists of three parts. In the first chapter, in order to better understand the background of the Muslim immigrants in France, we will expound the basic definitions of "immigrants" and "integration" and introduce the three waves of immigration in French history and the gradual formation of the problem of integration of immigrants. And the integration of French Muslim immigrants. In the second chapter, this paper will analyze the characteristics of French Muslim immigrants, and explore the root of the integration of French Muslim immigrants from the following aspects: French nationalist tradition, Islamic and French civilization under the background of modernity; The absence of cultural identity and the dislocation of cultural adaptation. Finally, in the third chapter, this paper will summarize the measures of the integration of the immigrant culture in France, from the failed Republican assimilation model to the reform measures aimed at the integration of immigrants. And think about the significance of cultural diversity and progress brought to us.
